The property was very clean and its beautiful at night
Its a little outdated you can see it in the day time early at 6am in the morning there was loud noises from a remodeling going on in the room above it was annoying and we couldn't sleep .

The grounds were beautiful.
Hotel felt old, hair on the ceiling from a previous visit. Only one elevator due to renovations being made.

Very beautiful and clean, personal was very attentive.
The first 2 nights the air conditioning was not working properly and temperatures were 116 degrees.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Couldn't close bathroom door if toilet seat was down. Refrigerator was small and tough to access.

They responded promptly to any problems coming up with my room. Im so happy with my stay.
Maybe some vending machines as I got very thirsty at late night and want to buy some water.

Breakfast was delicious and the views were beautiful. The wait staff was excellent and the service was quick! We would love to visit again.
Nothing could have been any better. The pool, our room, the food and service were all excellent! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We were happily surprised to find the hotel beautiful, old, grand style and clean. The staff were dedicated, polite, and friendly. Spa massages were wonderful! Breakfast was very good, esp the granola, fruit and yogurt with agave! Beautiful setting and furniture. Definitely would go back if in the Scottsdale area.

Staff was friendly and location was good.
The inside of the hotel was dark and gloomy and our room seemed like it was very humid inside. The hallways were the same so we didn't try and change rooms figuring they were all the same. 2 night stay so we just dealt with it.
For the amount we paid I would say it did not meet expectations.

Great customer service..would definitely stay there again! The bellman was the friendliest person I came across! Very clean and smelt great too!

The smell of the rundown place was so bad I left. Could not stay. Waste of my time and over $200.

Swimming pool was nice.
Not enough things to do. Hallways are dark. Beds are uncomfortable. Restaurant was good but selection sucks.
