La caja calidad de sus supervisores en los cuartos con los productos electrónicos y la calidad de los cuartos en deteriodo pintura limpienza toallas almuerzas de lo peor las carpetas nunca las an lavado mis medias salen sucias del piso del cuarto

The outside was very dirty and rundown. I was afraid the room would look the same, but it didn't. I was actually quite clean and everything there was well appointed.

There was a lovely lady on reception who was first class and gave us a great room on the ground floor even though we were a little early. She was exceptional in the way she dealt with an unwanted customer. Considering how close to a busy main road you are there was almost no traffic noise at all. The people from the lady on reception to the housekeeping staff made it as they all spoke and were so friendly.
Typical American breakfast of make yourself waffles or sugar enriched cereals or is it cereal enriched sugar. bagels too with cream cheese which was good and yoghurts. fruit juice and coffee. i don't recall any fruit although i could be mistaken.
while we had a vast room and a great comfy bed the place remains somewhat dark sterile and soulless

Breakfast was underwhelming, only waffles and cereal was left by the time we got there and the cereal was a bit stale.

Staff was helpful in changing room to non-smoking room. Had a TV, Refrigerator, microwave, and a safe.
Didn't feel safe. Very noisy into the late hours. Beds were uncomfortable! Plus I got multiple bites on my leg. Bathroom - extremely small, I'm not very large but even I didn't have room to close the door. The water ran a strange color in sink; glad I had hand sanitizer.
Finally, when we went to get in my brand NEW car, some had dinged it... broke the paint. I knew it was too much commotion going on outside, but I tried to rest anyway for an early morning departure.
BY FAR THE WORST I'VE EXPERIENCED!!! My daughter took pics, but I don't know how to post them.

Staff request a $50 deposit and upon checking out they couldn't give me a time duration on when it will be in my account. Plus the bed sheets had cigarette burns upon my arrival. Honestly I just want my deposit back.

the location was very nice, close to many places to eat at and not too far from the city
the beds were a but uncomfortable, but about what I expected. there were also a few stains on some of the pillows.
