The front desk was horrible. I've never been so disrespected by hotel staff in my life. I decided not to stay there and went to another hotel. I will never step foot into that hotel again

We rented a suite for the night, which was very spacious and comfortable. The shower is powerful and it was great having an extra bathroom for our son to use in the living area where he slept on a pullout couch.
They were doing work on the sidewalk in front of the hotel on the day we arrived, so pulling into and out of the lot wasn't easy. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They were very welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. A great stay will definitely return if in the area.

From check in to check out staff were great. Stayed in suite and bed linen and bed were of highest quality. Breakfast good, for a motel. Don't expect a la carte, but some hot options along with the usual continental. Fresh fruit too, and coffee good. The whole premises was immaculate. Can't fault, one of the best motel stays ever, better than most 4 star hotels.
Location a bit out of town, but that's always the case when you're looking for a motel.

The use of their van service was awesome. We got dropped off and picked up at mass transit into DC.
The driver noticed our 3 yr old granddaughter had new Paw Patrol shoes. When we went down for breakfast the next morning he remembered us and turned Paw Patrol cartoon on the TV. That's customer service for every age. The front desk also had treats for her on Halloween.
Nice touch to have foot scraper outside since it was raining.
The hide a bed was not comfortable but worked for a child.

Booked reservation for 4 people double queen beds. Upon arrival was given a room with 1 kings size bed, was informed by the staff that they were sold out with all double queen beds and nothing can be done. How do you expect to fit 4 people ( friends) ON ONE KING SIZE BED?
Upgrade your system so 4 people won’t be offered one kings size bed room!!!

My room the AC didn’t work and I couldn’t adjust it. I intially checked in and wasn’t in the room long before leaving for my appointment and when I got back it was late so I just dealt w the heat and humidity in the room.
