Easy to find, good price 24 hr staff at front desk, very friendly

Room smelled of cigarette smoke Outer door would not latch from outside No handle in shower or shower seat for handicapped.

Was fairly quiet , room was clean

Very small rooms, the one double bed was horrible, a hammock would have been more comfortable Don’t see double beds very often anymore . We couldn’t use the AC in the room due to noise , noticed that most rooms had there windows open at night , so guessing the same

The staff here are excellent! The room was very nice and comfortable, with two exits that went to both the parking and the inside hallway. We could easily unpack the car, but we didn't have to walk all the way around the building to check out. They've got a really decent cable package, it's pet friendly, and they have delicious homemade cookies in the lobby!

The staff was very friendly and we had everything we needed, including free fruits, coffee, etc. The breakfast was nice

The location is not exciting - simply a stop on the way from Edmonton to Jasper

Shower jet and hot water at busy hours found nice.

spoiler alert: Moment we entered down the hallway, we welcomed with weed perfume. entring the room enlightened with smoke fragrance. Bedspreads and towels also smoked. in total we had smoking experience. And I hate that smell. Its a smokers paradise.

I was really appreciative that the staff had gluten free options for breakfast! Thank you! A+
