Good breakfast

I booked this location because it stated airport transportation but they do not offer it. Our room faced the roadway….a lot of road noise

Pay no attention to what it says online. It is NOT close to Logan Airport. There is NO shuttle (as if THREE years ago). Misleading and inflexible when they were called on it. Makes me mad at this brand and at Booking.com

The hotel was right on the highway and the noise was all night long. Very busy highway!! Very noisy hotel!!

They needed sound proof windows to keep the highway noises out. This highway is busy all night long.

the room is not cleaned up every day because there is no suitable tag for cleaning up. so I went to the front desk and ask for the clean up, however, there is still no clean up. why family stayed for 3 days without any cleanup. I asked for clean towel every day as the previous days towels are still wet.

The room was tiny and the bathroom had very low ceilings, especially in the shower, which explains the presence of hair on the ceiling. A line of mildew greeted us in the bathroom wall. Our room faced a very busy highway and it was extremely hard to sleep. We won’t be back.

The staff was nice.

Bathtub was super slippery and both my kids fell in the shower, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I saw mold on the ceiling.

The employees are very nice, always ready to help you, I want to say thanks specifically to Blanca and Yolanda, both girls work at the breakfast and they are adorable, thanks so much

Loved the location, clean rooms, hot breakfast, and the pool.

We enjoyed the location and the breakfasts in the hotel.

The trash was never picked up in our room. Both mornings we left with time.

Best breakfast in 3 weeks of our round-trip. There was a small fitness room and an outdoor swimming pool.

The place was next to the highway and the windows were not keeping out all the noise of the road. For the price charged, there should be made some investments in this. Also the room was really small, we could hardly get in all three our suitcases.

Room was clean, breakfast had warm and cold options. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay again. There is also a pool.

The gym was a little warm but think of it as a hot workout and burning more calories 😁

Breakfast was good. Bed is comfortable. Good linens.

The hotel is on the highway, so it is very noisy. Very inconvenient entrance/exit. In 3 days stay no garbage was taken from the room or towels changed.
