About the housekeeping enter my room took everything out of the refrigerator. And she should have not come to my room until I finish checking out by 11:00am. When I came back to my room and yell at her to get out of my room. She should know better than that. That is was really pissed me off about the refrigerator and my cooler bags out to the front door.

They have a late check-in time. I waited a long time to get my room.

The hotel had some negative reviews online but it was fairly OK. I liked the clean linen and orderliness, and the staff kept my luggage on the last day till evening. I liked the waterfall and the sun.

Staff seemed to be new and clueless on many things. The reception lady deducted the deposit from my card thrice. I hope that it is corrected after the holding period elapses.

Location and all facilities are good

All are good but I booked this room with tax 145 usd but in hotel they take 323usd that is not fare don't do this with other Clint its my humble request

Lobby was cold, doors not working, online photos are not the same as the hotel will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No towels in my room. Had to request linen. Advertising indicated breakfast was available. It wasn't! Asked to be directed to food outlets. Sent a long walk to several fast food outlets, all closed. Finally found a Dennys in opposite direction. Reception had little interest in assisting.

false advertising! I got t it because it said free airport shuttle, it didn’t! I had to pay for a cab to get to and from it! I reserved for 3 adults and they only gave us enough towels for 2! the heat didn’t work in room! mom was cold! room needed renovation paint peeling on walls! it was awful to be a Ramada !

The location was close to the airport.

The sheets were stained, there was garbage behind a dresser, there were no towels in the bathroom, and there was hair all over the bathroom. It was apparent that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly.

Nothing. I will never stay there again.

Everything. It was filthy and if I didn't already put a deposit and put my card info I would not have stayed. It was disgusting.

Everything. No breakfast. 1st room reeked of marijuana. 2nd Room had a wet floor in mold on the walls and ceiling. Dirty bathroom carpet soaked mildewy. 3rd floor wasn’t clean there was hair in the bathtub articles of trash you in about. As if it hadn’t been cleaned at all.
