I loved the decor and how beautifully everything was set. I loved my room! everything was clean and comfortable. It was modern but still felt vintage at the same time! I loved the gym and the dining hall! The breakfast would probably be better if I woke up earlier for it but it was still pretty good. We loved the coffee! The staff was very welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed. Even one of the cooks helped us when we asked what brand of coffee they used! It really was an amazing stay. It was in a really nice location too! It was quiet and peaceful.

The waffles were like the toaster ones and that was the only thing literally that I was sad about. Everything else in the breakfast was really good. I don't really have any other complaints about my stay.

No hot milk during breakfast. Was offered to warm milk in a paper plastic cup in a microwave oven at the reception. Poor sound isolation - kids in a neighboring room loudly ran around till 11pm, we could not fall asleep early. No bathtub in the room. No sauna in the “spa”.

No all day/night coffee. No cigarette smoking in the rooms when the whole 5th floor smelled like marijuana. Only one elevator was working the entire stay. In the mornings the cleaning staff was making the wait very long. I sprained my ankle and could not use the stairs so we all had to just stand there and wait. The bar was closed early the day we arrived for an outside event and we were not aware of that until check in which was not convenient for our plans. After learning this we decided to go out and it also affected our ability to park when we arrived back. Finally, I had to report to the front desk staff that every time I went outside to smoke, another guest would always follow me and ask me for cigarettes. I told him to stop multiple times and finally told him I was reporting him. The staff member could care less, so I just left it alone. For the price, this was not a hotel I would choose again.

設備自体は、やや古さを感じるもののメインテナンスや清掃が行き届いていて清潔でした。部屋も広く、温度の調節も出来て快適でした。スタッフは皆親切で、気持ちの良いサービスを提供してくれました。 フィットネスジムは、ダンベルが50ポンドまでしかなかったものの、広くて清潔でした。朝食は、肉（ソーセージ、ベーコン）、タマゴ料理、ポテトに加えパン、シリアル類、ヨーグルトと、ここまではアメリカで良くある朝食スタイルですが、フルーツが（少しだけだけど）あったのが良かった。 5～600m程度離れたところにショッピングモールがあり、スーパー（WHOLE FOODS）、飲食店、銀行（Chase、PNC）があって困りませんでした。 ロビーにコーヒーが置いてあって、いつでもコーヒーを飲めたのも良かった。

ドラム式の新しい洗濯機があったのは良いけど、4.5ドル／回と少々割高だったのが残念。

why hotel charged me on my credit card around 22$ for something I was not informed?? Few days later my departure I noticed I have debited some money by the hotel… until today I still don’t why and for what!! Hotel never informed me, nothing was mentioned to me upon departure and I tried to contact them but until today no respond! This is unacceptable and such practices to charge guest credit card post departure with no notification should be reported to Marriott Legal Department for official investigation. Hope hotel will contact me for clarification

The lobby is renovated and looks great. The staff is friendly. Location is good. There is an outdoor shopping center within walking distance.

The rooms need to be renovated as well. It wasn’t clean enough. There was hair in my bathtub and some strange vibration woke me up around 6 am and the whole room vibrated literally for two hours. I believe there was some facility under my room. It was very annoying. I was only staying for 2 nights so I didn’t bring it up but that problem needs to be fixed.

The breakfast was delicious and always on time. Always had fresh coffee upon returning to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

If the hotel bar/restaurant was in operation it would have been superb.

The breakfast was not great but the employee caring for the breakfast was fabulous. it was also nice to have laundry on-site.

The property was very outdated and run down. The carpet outside the room was bunched up, making you trip or unable to roll the cart. The rug in the room was stained along with the disgusting shower curtain that had the start of mold on it!

Breakfast. Room was pleasant. The view was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No room service, toilets sound like depth charges. Why are they so loud? I could hear each time my neighbours had to visit the bathroom.
