I was in an end of first floor room- it was quiet! Everything else was perfectly good.

The management always makes sure I am able to get the accommodations I need . Always asks how I am doing.
Sometimes people are in front of my door talking loud. Usually the people staying next to me. Nowadays it can be a problem to ask people to take their conversations somewhere else. So, if you're sensitive to that, try to concentrate on something else.

We paid for a non-smoking room, but neighbor's smoke came into our room until 2 am. The rug covered wires and boxes that you could feel as you walked. The tile floors had grit around the edges. The kitchen had bugs.

The receptionist woman was great. During check-in, she was helpful and efficient. The hotel is outdated, but the bed was comfy, and I had a coffeemaker in the room.
