The close proximity to stores and dining & the fantastic hot breakfast were a big hit with my family. I wish the beds in our room were larger than doubles, but beds and pillows were comfy. Coffee maker in room, microwave and fridge are a must when traveling with five kids. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean rooms.
Not a lot of parking, and we wish you had a hot tub, but definitely we would stay again.

The room was run down, the staff was incompetent, the appliances were broken. Only working appliances was the alarm clock on the night stand, the water was brown and rusty, the front desk person was rude. They have no smoking signs but still let people smoke their cigarettes wherever they want.

There were bed bugs! My family and I got bit up! And I have yet to get a response from the hotel ! The rooms were outside as like a motel and the scary part was so many random people were there looking sketchy and making me feel uncomfortable and afraid for my family’s safety! I think they housed shelter families. The bed bugs were the worse thing! Talk about getting bitten and looking crazy with marks all over you after.

It is very clear that the owners are making major investments in the property. I was working on the patio by the pool and a member of the staff came out with water for us. Super friendly and a very professional touch.
The neighborhood was different. Great restaurants all with walking distance. However the neighbors were rude - a car parking in the handicap space blasting a super loud stereo at 10pm, folks leaning on my car while getting high, motorcycles screaming up and down the road all night.

We're love the locations a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, a lot of places, and hang out and stuff to eat.
The hotel is used as a shelter for homeless. During the day, you'll see homeless people hanging outside in the parking lot, eat, drink, and smoke weed same at nights.

The room was clean and recently updated. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The train station is right behind the hotel, it was so convenient.

The staff and the clean quarters in and around my room.
The staff, at night, on last Monday night need both professional courtesy and strick business procedures. The site manager was informed of the incident in question and all video and oral records she has suggest this West Western's staff re-training and professional standards are necessary! It was true nightmare and I was not able to begin to go to sleep until after 1:30 AM. On this past Monday night, the place lost its perception it is a safe and secure environment. A true health nightmare!

staff was rude; room was not clean; people outside the hotel were fighting for over an hour , causing the cops to finally come. this took place at 1 am, waking me and my children up.

It was old. sinks and WC were from the 50’s. Sheets were very old and not cotton. I requested extra towels and never received any extra towels. They too were very old and tiny.
