The kitchen is dirty stoves don't work the bathroom is disgusting the tub fills up with water that last staff was very rude the handle in door falls off the sheets were burnt this place need inspection asap

The location was great and the price was excellent

The customer service the room was dirty there was ants crawling all over the walls rats mice the room had a horrible smell

The only thing that was okay about this place was the manager. He was nice enough.

There were bugs absolutely everywhere. Cocroaches mostly. And when I complained I was moved to the next room over which ALSO HAD COCROACHES! I didn't even stay the last night I asked for a refund of it.

There was no breakfast. The location was fine.

The first room they tried to put us in smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in it just prior to us entering. The second room smelled less of smoke but smelled damp. There was water damage in the wall by the kitchenette with bubbles in the wall. The upholstered chair in the room was old and the arms were very discolored and dirty-did not sit in it or use it at all. There was minimal hot water-one of us got a luke warm shower and my husband had a cold shower.

Absolutely nothing

Filthy is being nice. Heavy smoking odor. Door frame was broken in and poorly repaired.

Nothing. We did not like anything about the Monticello Inn. It was by far the worst motel we ever stayed in.

The room was run down with peeling paint and holes in the wall. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet leaked. The carpet was dirty and worn. The room smelled like cheap disinfectant. The overall experience was dismal. We paid $82 for a room that should have been shut down by the Board of Health. Booking.com really should be ashamed that the Monticello Inn is on their list.

It was extremely dirty

Full bed not queen..dirty..bugs squished on walls..one channel full of snow to watch...remotecovered in I hope some kind of beverage...I have pics...DO NOT RECOMMEND
