When I got my deposit back and left
I didn't like the fact that the elevator didn't work and they put us on the second floor so I had to carry my bags and baby and stroller up to the second floor, the toilet was backed up and we had to leave our room and go to another one

The hotel is on a main route- very loud and tough to sleep. I paid for 3 night stay and only made it one night ( I am not “boujie” in anyway- I go camping in a tent). After waiting about 10 mins to get checked in with a cranky toddler (the front desk guy had to make himself coffee) we got to our bedroom. The place was filthy… rugs and room had a foul odor. My toddler ran around in footsie pajamas and the bottoms were black. We tried to make it work, upon waking up the sheets were obviously messy and there were dirty sheets under the top sheet as if the cleaning people put a sheet over it (we are hoping this was the case) we did get a refund for the other 2 nights we were supposed to stay. When I asked to check out early - the manager asked why. I told him about the dirtiness of the room and how I couldn’t do another night. The guy said “ok” and completed the necessary paperwork. There was no “i’m sorry” or “how can I help/ make your stay better”. I’m assuming a lot of complaints have been made about this same situation. Absolutely terrible-

Everything - all the staff in the lobby and the breakfast room were extremely pleasant.
Justin and his sister were exceptional. Staying there made my time in the Phila. area comfortable as I had hoped.
On checking in the receptionist was curt. After a long day of driving this was most unappreciated.

Toilet didn't flush, had to keep tank lid off to add water so we could flush.
Reported it to management
4:30 am guests across the hall screaming obscenities at each other...worried about their phone at 4:30 AM!!! Not management fault, but it went on for quite awhile.
Gun shots fired close by...again not management fault, but definitely didn't make for a relaxing night after my husband just had surgery....Never again will we be giving this place our business!
