Stay was short. However, it was nice. Will stay again soon.

Quiet location. Ample parking. Facility was also quiet and clean.

The location is great for everything we were doing. It near the Waterside Shops and very short driving distance from 5th Avenue, Mercato, Clam Pass, etc.

It's a relatively crappy hotel for the price. More importantly, the desk person at the front desk during the day was the absolute worst. They had an administrative error in their system with the booking, showing that we were leaving a day early. So, they tried to kick my wife out of the room while I was gone for a short time. I called back to the front desk, offering to forward the email receipt for all days that we had already paid or even screenshot the receipt from the app. My wife actually took the receipt to the desk. But the desk person was obstinate and rude, refused to even look at the receipt. A manager eventually stopped the desk person from continuing with her behavior, but not even an apology.

Good location.

They charged me over and above the contracted Booking.com rate, thinking I wouldn't notice. This is unacceptable and should be dealt with by Booking.com. I would never stay there again for this reason, and recommend against others staying there, as they may risk having the same thing occur.

everything. we were told “This isn’t the Hampton” when asked where the “free” breakfast was. The Hampton is way cheaper and definitely nicer. so your staff was correct, It definitely wasn’t the Hampton Inn. instead it was an over priced dump.

the property was old and poorly renovated. the rooms were incredibly small (two double beds barely fit in the space. the bathroom set up was awkward with the sink offset from the mirror. there was no bar service, breakfast or coffee during our stay.

The property was exceptionally clean.

It was Quiet.

We paid for a Double bed/Double Room by the pool. The place was empty and they tried to give us a Tiny room by the parking lot. Then they gave a another tiny room over the building on the pool side. Finally after 2 moves, we got finally got what we paid for. It was very annoying. Especially with a pet.

Comfortable and clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Good location, lots of restaurants near by and shopping areas.

Pool restroom was locked and unavailable during our stay. Electric outlet in breakfast area was overloaded and could not run toaster and microwave at the same time.
