It was closer to the restaurants, Mountain Winery concert that we went, hotel was really beautiful, the decor and the building itself, very Spaniard style. We got to checked in early because it just happened that we arrived early. I would definitely stay here again in the future and will tell my friends and family. Love it!

We believed we upgraded online but apparently that functionality was broken and they were unable to upgrade us.

The location was ideal, walking distance of multiple great restaurants and bars, as well as cafes and convenience stores. The decor and style of the building was extremely nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean and mostly very comfortable to stay in.

My wife found the bed to be uncomfortable for her and thought that perhaps the mattress needed flipping, as she was aware of a noteable indent in the bed, causing her to roll in the night. The bathtub faucet only reached lukewarm when trying to fill the tub, but the shower reached a good temperature.

The location was beautiful.

The rooms were musty and old including the all decor. Windows in the room wouldn't open and the fridges were so loud including two rooms I viewed. There were toilets in the hallway that had really loud fans going through the night which kept waking me up. The second room had a shared door, so you could hear the neighbors talking all night long, really frustrating! The whole place was overpriced and in desperate need of renos. I did not find this place value for money at all!

I love the character of this hotel. It is a beautiful older building but with all the necessary updates. Very comfortable and quiet. Friendly and efficient staff. Treats in the morning weren’t bad either.

The property was stunning and I loved how peaceful it was during most of the stay. Would recommend it and would come back! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary coffee and water refill station. Pool was quiet and nice.

I didn't count on the bar downstairs being open late. As I was there for work and had to wake up early.
