I had an overnight layover and was not going to spend it in the airport! The room was clean and comfortable…alth ough ru

The price and had a shuttle to/from airport. The bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot. The staff was great!

My stay was ok I’m grateful I had a place to sleep for 2 nights.

The location from Seattle was a nice distance.

I didn’t like how while I was in room getting out of shower, the cleaning lady what’s to knock on door and I was literally naked getting out of shower and she opens my room door. And I had to shout to not come in. I also didn’t like how I booked my room for 2 DAYS. And the second day I got locked out of my room due to my key not working. If I’m staying in a room for 2 days I expect my key to work both days. I went back into my room having to wait and trying to work the key until I had to go to front desk and lady seemed rude to me. Keep in mind I am not from Washington so I expected to be treated with respect into a new state.

Good and comfortable to stay

It was a few minutes to the airport and never thought it has an elevator which was a good plus for tons of baggages on the upper floor.

The stay itself was fine I'd stay again I love the smiles at the front desk everyone was so helpful

Fire the morning shuttle driver he was rude very unprofessional when we arrived at the airport he sent me to get a cart to carry my luggage to the terminal when I got back my bags had been thrown on the sidewalk left unattended as the driver was long gone

do not book at this place!! The web site is full of untruths!

it was not kept up! the furniture was ready for the dump. they advertised a complimentary breakfast which they knew was on the site but were unapologetic that they hadn’t kept the site up.

The tub had a spot on it that had hair stuck to it. not sure what it was, but it was kind of gross. one of the pillow cases had dirt on it. looked like it was used to dust the rest of the room.
