The location
Their check-in process took a very long time. Numerous people were in line and only one check in clerk. It seems each checkin had issues. It took so long, we left and checked in later. The parking is not helpful. A one way parking lot with no apparent access for check in. We even witnessed an employee parking in the checkin spot. For the amount we paid, I should have reserved a room at the Hilton in Concord.

I did t have the kitchen. They gave me Small and tight regular space room. Its a kids room. Can't barely walk all around everything is too close to each other . Even a big person cannot walk all around it the bedroom the bath room and doorways etc.. the staff is rude , housekeeper can't read door sign, elevator is too slow, all doors is too tight. Laundry room is broken, breakfast is gross me out . Just awful...OMG 😱

When I checked in at night time the lady assumed I was a prostitute and told my bf he should be adding his name to the room in case I steal the deposit she shouldn't assume and leave the comments to her self , also there were roaches in the bathroom floor , only thing good was the breakfast overall it's not worth it unless you hire a better ppl to work there

Location was great, I was able to be close to my family and relatives that live there in the area. also really enjoyed the jacuzzi
First room that was given to me the bed had a broken leg so shortly after unpacking and settling in we had to repack and move to a different room. Also the vending machines could use an upgrade, the kids and I were looking forward to buying some snacks and food from there but it didn’t accept debit /credit cards or Apple Pay as mostly all vending machines do. Just a very inconvenience. The pool was also very dirty and covered with leaves. And lastly, there were no necessities in the restroom. No body wash, shampoo, lotion, soap bar no nothing. Just two large towels and hand towels.

The elevator is INCREDIBLY SLOW, the room smelled, wasn’t very clean, I had to scrub it myself, the housekeeping staff was rude and took days to give me fresh sheets when requested, and 24 hours to get fresh towels and the bed was lumpy. I ended up leaving 4 days early. Also the front desk was unhelpful and in my opinion one of them was too young for that position, she is just out of high school. I definitely would not recommend it!!

I didnt like that the entry was close due to maintance and everyone need to go around the building to enter. i suggest any repair or maintance be done at Night or Weekday. not on weekend.

Elevator safety certificate had expired in November 2022. My stay was in May 2023. There was a printed out piece of paper stuck next to the elevator button that said "please be gentle with the elevator button" and the button was hanging off the wall. The pool and hot tub was dirty. After trying the breakfast on the first day I did not go back on the second day. My room had water damage to the ceiling which was badly painted over and the bathroom had unfinished paint / wall repair. The shower curtain did not reach all the way into the tub so it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. The room smelled of Cigarette smoke. The ice machine in the hallway was so loud that it woke me up. The remote for the TV did not work.

There was very little to like about this facility. From random bits of trash around the entrance, with smokers congregating near the entrance, dirty hallways, nonfunctioning vending machines, and even no parking near office entrance for checking in. (Designated spaces were full, even though no-one was checking in when I arrived).
Better care of facility - in terms of entry cleanup, control on non-smoking areas and check-in parking to start. The pool and jacuzzi were not working and clerk said that had been the case - this was one reason I chose this location to be able to use the jacuzzi and pool. This should have been posted online. Room HVAC system was horrible my first night was sleepless as it took until 3am to cool the room even though it was 40 degrees outside. Pillows were horrible too. so very uncomfortable.
Finally, the towel shelf is positioned opposite the toilet so as a 6'2" person I had to be careful using the toilet - ridiculous.

The full breakfast came in handy. Not having to stop for and spend money on breakfast makes a big difference! I also liked the TV. There were so many channels & selections, it was easy to find something to put on and relax.

I stayed here for the first time in room 232.
Just to rest for the night before I had to work the next morning.
The 3rd floor occupant I'm guessing 332, was loud and walking around in circles all night, up and off the beds, moving around belongings and being disruptive.
I am very disappointed in my first stay here, which I had no sleep from being disturbed repeatedly.
I talked with Brenda at the desk the next morning, she understood the problem with loud guests.
I would like a partial refund because I know drugs are in the building premises and have been for a long time.
Please respect my reason and grant me a discounted price for what I had to pay for being sleep deprived.
Much respect for the company, excepting some guests.

arrived 15 minutes prior to 3 (had been told over the phone I could check in 15-20 minutes early). Upon my arrival at 2:40pm, the front desk lady said I had to wait until 3pm for check in, there was 2 other couples there already. she literally had everyone wait until 3pm. the lady was very rude and I still can not believe that they made everyone wait. they could have charged us a fee if they wanted too but no? instead they had us wait.

The exterior and entry and location are fine. Good breakfast.
Unfortunately, the interior, the elevator is broken if you have a room on upper floors you have to walk the stairs. the rooms are old and carpeting in dire needs of replacement. my bath towel was dingy with stains. it had been washed but the stains prior didn’t wash out. we were on bottom floor. the floor above had loud people that walked the loud creaking floor. light streamed in through the doorway, needs a strip bottom of door. emergency exits locked. only way in or out is through main entrance.
