the room as not clean, the pool area and pool was dirty very dirty. No blankets and not enough pillows. I was very disappointed

The room smelled so bad, it reeked of body odor and smoke. We used an entire can of Lysol and it still reeked. The bathroom sink was cracked and had no plunger. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. The tv remote was taped together. The room was not cleaned after the first night, no one even came into the room. We had to ask for clean towels. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good location.

The facility is old, the bed is uncomfortable, the furniture was dirty. The bathroom shower faucet was rusted and dripped. It made the stay uncomfortable.

The room smelled of stale smoke. The cold faucet in bathroom sink didn’t work, very loose! The hairdryer was sparking when I tried to use it. It was loud outside and there was only one paper cup in the room..we had to share it for coffee.

There was several leaks in the ceiling I called down to have someone look at it they put an ice bucket on the nightstand next to the phone and lamp where it was leaking several outlets was sticking out of the walls most of them did not work including the bathroom exhaust fan and outlet the tub leaked onto the floor and tub drained really slow ..remote did not work the first night I was told to come get batteries i replaced still did not work the manager brought a new remote up the next day and programmed it .. the indoor pool was filthy the hall on the way to pool also had a leak .. the manager told me he would adjust my bill he did not offer a new room or anything.. then at check out the manager was not in I called several times and no one will put me in touch with the manager .. not to mention the prostitute that was hanging out in the hallway .. I brought my daughter sister and niece for a little getaway and could not enjoy anything the hotel had to offer

absolutely nothing they wouldn’t refund me so I stayed somewhere else had to pay for both locations

property is filthy, filled with drug addicts living there, police there multiple times a night, beyond filthy, bathroom so dirty would not shower a dog in there

The location, 2 mins from the mall, restaurants, and other shops. Customer service from the staff was excellent. They have a bar/restaurant and pool within the hotel. The Price.

Towels and Wash clothes weren’t clean, the bed was hard, and our sliding door to the balcony would not open. Also the hallway where the nonsmoking rooms were, smelled like cigarettes.

they need more c then one waitress and bartender especially on live music nights

Multiple rooms on our floor were SCREAMING at eachother. I almost called the police for a DV allegation. It was quite scary. No outlets near the bathroom worked (there were 10) so i couldn’t do my hair. The beds were comfortable. The tv worked. I liked the floor. The bartenders at the bar were the best part honestly, so kind and super friendly. There was a fight in the bar and people were being tackled. The door to the bathroom was severely damaged and the shower leaked water ALL OVER THE FLOOR. Highly disappointed.

It was ok , was running late so it was quick , but looked like alot of different choices.

dated bathroom. people yelling & threatening at each other, inthe corridor inthe middle of the night, right outside the room door. it should be a motel not a hotel.
