location was on the beach

the restaurant was closed and the property did not make note of that on its website. the restaurant attached was one of the main factors that went into choosing this property. The lack of communication was very disappointing.

The location was perfect. Directly on the beach. The beach is beautiful and clean. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy. Close to everything.

For starters we requested to be on the lower level for personal reasons. When we arrived we were placed on the top floor in a corner. It was quite creepy and claustrophobic feeling. The elevator is terrifying! It Screeched and I didn’t see any paper work for recent inspection or phones. The staff was kind enough to move us to the 5th floor. It was better But we did find a dead roach in the bathroom. The rooms in the building next door have balcony’s where our friends stayed and they seem to be much brighter and nicer rooms.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful!!!! Manager at front desk was exceptional!

I was sad the restaurant was under construction, but, I was there pre-season.

The space and the location is great

If I had one complaint it would the location should invest in bigger televisions for the rooms.

I have to say that the only two things I like about this place was the staff and the outside view.

Not the cleanest place, and to top it off the heater in the room was not working so they gave us a portable heater and I had to agree instead of moving to another room cause we were running late for the concert we went to attend.

Staff was great, the manager was amazing. Location was great, size of room also great and laundry facility was very convenient. View was great from our room, but the windows were so clouded that you couldn't really see out of them and only one of them opened properly

Got charged a daily "resort fee" which i was told was for the pool and game room. We were told that the pool would be up and running the day after we checked in, which was a major deciding factor in choosing the legacy. It remained closed for the duration of our stay. The game room wasn't free, you had to pay for each game like an arcade so not sure why that would be charged as a resort fee. Stove only had 1 working burner and the oven didn't heat up properly. Tub was clogged and backed up with something disgusting (including bits of what aspirated to be toilet paper) while my 8 year old was taking a shower. I cleaned the drain out the best I could and it was packed full of hair and grime (pics included). The sofa bed was also disgusting so I just closed it back up and slept on the couch. The stay wasn't horrible but for the price I do feel that everything should have been in working order.

The area is excellent!! The view of the beach was amazing. The staff was excellent

Was told the pool would be open but when I got there it was closed. The restaurant is being renovated but there is a bar 2 blocks from the resort. No atm on premises.

This was our second stay at this resort. We stayed here a few years ago and the rooms were very well taken care of and spacious. This stay we stayed in the main hotel. A little outdated but the staff was fantastic. Super friendly. Fast check-in! Short drive to nearby Boardwalk in Atlantic City.

The staff was very friendly and relaxed. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything seemed to be quite new. we had an apartment at the corner and a gorgeous few of the ocean. Even though we were there what probably was one of the worst weekends of the season (we caught the extension winds and rain from hurricane Ian), I still so enjoyed the view on the ocean.

The structure of the hotel is nearly 100 years old ( if I understood correctly) and this is what it is. But for me the location right at the beach, the view 6 floor, and the very well equipped kitchen and friendliness of the people weight more for me.
