no restaurant available during my stay

the air conditioning was out and we were told this was the third time it went out. the restaurant and bar never opened. we were told they refunded 139.00 but we haven’t seen it. the hotel is in terrible disrepair.

It was comfortable and linen was very clean.

the breakfast was included but not a buffet and you have to order it and pay for the gratuity although it was included in the booking. only one person was working and taking orders. room temperature was set to 72 and was not changing although I tried to adjust it many times. the location was excellent, however.

The location is perfect, you are right next to the Village. Shops and restaurants are close by, perfect to be able to walk to. Parking can be difficult in the Village.

We had a child running up and down in the room above us, I called several times about this and nothing happened. This took place at night and early morning!!!

Black mold present in the bathroom. Receptionist at counter didn’t seem to care when I showed her pictures during check out.

Expensive for what it offers, 1 night in a small and ugly double room for 3 people we spent $605. we found other people's hair on the floor In the restroom. Low Water pressure in the shower The breakfast was $19.99 per person instead of $9.99 as wrote in the booking property answers. The only positive note is: location and comfortable bed

terrible service at the reception, they never cleaned the room for us, we asked for towels and to clean the room, they never did, the door did not close, the room keys did not work, the water from the shower barely came out, everything was terrible

Location. That was about it.

Where do I start. First off, when I was getting to the room, the cleaning staff had their carts parked in a way that completely obstructed the hallway. When I asked them to move the carts, they told me they didn’t speak English. I had to move the carts myself. The room I was put in couldn’t have been any smaller. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the remote control didn’t work. Although there was a thermostat in the room, the temperature of the room didn’t really change no matter what I did. The vent was extremely loud and woke my kids up all night the first night. I shut it off the second night. Even though I shut the heater off the for the second night, we were woke up twice throughout the 2nd night with fire alarms going off. One big reason that I chose this property was the on-site restaurant. The first morning me and the kids went there for breakfast… It didn’t open until 8 AM despite the slopes opening up at 8:30. This wouldn’t have allowed us any time to get to the resort and park. During my previous days at this property, we were always able to get in around 7 AM. Leaving plenty of time to get to the ski resort. The second morning we showed up at 9 AM for breakfast and there was a 45+ minute wait due to only one server showing up for work. At the end of my stay, I approached the manager to voice my dissatisfaction. I was basically just talked down to, along with many other guests that were doing the same as I at that point in time.
