No towels room not clean Bed was clean and comfortabel

Breakfast area and selections were well done.

We first were given a non-handicapped room with a very large spider in it as well as a very bad smell(urine)? Then the second room was right on the end next to the freeway. This had a lot of noise and found another spider and webs in the room.

Good location and clean comfortably bed. They let me keep my truck and trailer there for a few days until returned. Very nice office staff.

a/c was super loud. Room had one less wash cloth and no hand towels. Shower soap dispenser empty or didn’t work. Expensive for room size.

Breakfast was awful.

We have enjoyed the breakfast choices and the channel choices on a large TV, which we normally do not watch. The pool had a nice atmosphere around it as well as comfy seats.

The door were a bit stuck when closing.

I stay here a couple days a week in my opinion is the best place in Ukiah!!

the hotel in general the room was fine, normal like many others,

i would not choose this again because of the breaksfast, NO EGGS!!!!! i asked and they told me that they didnt serve EGGS!!! NO FRUITS, some apples but in very bad conditions, only bad food, like sausages and waffles, in the end im going to have to pay for a separete breakfast, i prefer to add it to the cost of the room and do all in the same place

It was supposed to be a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in all we smelled was cigarette smoke and ashes. The smell was so bad my sister couldn’t sleep all night because her asthma was acting up from the smoke scent. And we really needed the sleep after traveling all day on the road. This isn’t the first instance at a super 8 that this happens either.

Quick and friendly service. Even though the key card would not open the door even after a second card, the clerk was very friendly and helpful.

After 2 key cards and still not able to get in the room the clerk had to put us in a different room. When we opened the door, a very strong odor of air freshener overwhelmed us. The room was dirty with dried tar on the table, hair dryer, and soap dispenser. The bathroom light switch is broken and there were spots and stains on the bathroom wall. We received an email after checking in saying that there would be no breakfast and claiming it was due to Covid 19 protocols, even though the other Hotels we have stayed in this trip did have breakfast. The fan in the room was squealing and "clunking" every time it turned on. By far, this has been the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

I checked in to get some sleep on my road trip and I didn’t sleep at all!!! my room is next to the freeway and it is so loud!!!Theres a leak in the tub that is going to haunt me when I finally get some sleep. I seriously thought a window was open but the room is basically all the highway. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. there was hair in the bed sheets and in the sink. and the clock here just reads 12:00. doesn’t change from it. it’s probably a camera. DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst money I’ve ever spent.

The person at the front desk was rude. I rented the room for several days as a business owner. I was in town painting a house, had a long days work in the heat. When I checked in the lady at the front counter wouldn't allow me to check in and said my room wasn't ready so I Killed time then I came back to try to check in for the second time and she was questioning my check in and had me call my wife to confirm check in. While she was on the phone with my wife she lectured my wife. After all that she allowed me to check in, but my room didn't seem clean and there were no trash cans on the outside of the hotel at all. The women later apologized, but she had an attitude and was watching me everytime she saw me. I don't recommend anybody stay here. Terrible service, unclean room and needs some improvement for the price.

Didn't realize I had to ask for room service. Would have been nice to know sooner. First 2 days I put the do not disturb and then then nothing the next two days. So, for a family of 4 we needed some toiletries and the trash taken out. On day 4 someone came in and installed a soap on the wall by the sink and then shampoo and body wash on the shower wall. I guess that's good? The room was visited on Thursday after my husband requested it on Wednesday night. Also, before we got to the hotel/motel, I got a message that there was no breakfast due to COVID. I saw people eating the last day I was there. Hadn't really checked into it since I received the message that there would not be breakfast. Mattress was hard and made crinkly sounds. But slept ok, regardless. This motel has been around since I was a little kid. So, it was pretty good for the age of it. Water temp was weird in the shower. Water would go from warm, to freezing then scalding hot. Had to keep adjusting while in there.

I heard speakers thru our room mirror called police to look for wired cameras. Asked front desk to change room or cancel booking. I was told that no bcz I had used room for 6 hours which I was not In the hotel. Room was filthy clothes from previous people were hanged in the bathroom room was dirty and broken doors smelled like cigarette disgusting.. I want a refund

Loved the couch in the room.overlooking the pool.. clean and nice. A little loud by the freeway. Breakfast is good.

Going upstairs

I dd not have breakfast because I don't get up early enough. I liked the coffee service and the extras of hot cocoa packets. The staff was friendly and excellent - very helpful. Parking was easy, too.

I didn't understand what the breakfast offerings were. I saw a room service flyer, but didn't understand where the food would be prepared, since there was no cafe or restaurant onsite. An elevator could have been helpful, but not necessary since I'm still able to carry my luggage upstairs where the rooms are quieter.

Looking for a comfortable bed and big TV, this is it. The hotel has many environmental eco-green awards and participation plaques. I appreciated this. Quiet room with a couch and computer desk. Very nice. Room was very clean and hotel was clean.

Bathrooms are on the small side. Room decor was dated; however, very comfortable and clean.
