Convenient and I liked the lake behind the property

The hot tub in my room was very nice. Everything was excellent.

The refrigerator had a high frequency whine. That was very annoying.

The shower! It was amazing!

The hot tub was colder then the pool.

bed is clean comfortable and comfy. the pool was good. Had extra towels. breakfast was typical cereal, small choc chip muffins, full size yoplait, microwave oatmeal, bananas, apples

in the middle of repairs, tools, carpet remnants laying all over, fridge was in disrepair( wouldn’t shut unless really pushed, freezer needed defrosted. they charge $200 deposit which gets run on ur card instead of held so ur out $200 plus Room fee. u won’t get the $200 bss as bk for st least 72 hours

Rooms were clean and I like the rooms not having carpeting felt cleaner lots to choose from at the continental breakfast receptionist was super friendly and could multi task I was impressed this is the 3rd time we have stayed with and without grandkids pool was nice also

The staff was friendly. The location was good.

There were rolls of carpet left out in the hallways. They had painted the walls and the room number plaques were not put back correctly. It took us 3 tries with re-coded keys to get into our room. When we finally got in, it wasn't the correct room. I made 4 trips downstairs while my husband set in the hallway with all of our stuff waiting to get into our room. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful though. When we got into our room it didn't seem very clean. There was trash in the trash can and it was obvious someone had used the toilet as there were poop particles still in it. There was hair on the bed and in the bathtub that was definitely not ours. The tile around the jacuzzi tub was broken and the grout looked pretty gross. The bathroom tile grout was pretty dirty too.

The hot tub was empty. Would have liked to know before I booked.. that's all . Stay was great other than that.

We had a perfect one night stay at the Baymont while visiting the local college. The staff was extremely friendly, beds comfortable, everything very clean and a good selection at breakfast. Was going to use the gym but they have a great walking path around a lake right behind the building. Pool and hot tub looked nice, will remember to bring suits next time. Will definitely be back for future visits.

the bed was the only thing worth it the stay !

I booked a room a week ahead of time. i called the front desk the day off my reservation and they told me the pool and hot tub were up ! they were broke so didn’t get to enjoy that, I had to have my keys reprogrammed everytime i went out side back had to walk around front n the rain bcus of my card failure , the breakfast was not good like undercooked eggs ,bacon the bathroom very small, no room for a cpl to enjoy, the tv wasn’t a smart tv so it had no options , could not get my wife to. work at all on there and I drove over two hours to stay at ur hotel and it was a complete waste of money,time and gas ! so I will not ever return to ur location or any baymont inn for that matter. service could of been a lot better !

The hotel itself was nice and clean.

The receptionist that checked us in used derogatory terms while telling a story, when it was told to him that using those terms were derogatory he became defensive and was very rude. Upon leaving the lobby we could hear him say to the next person who came in “f**king liberals.”
