I like that hotel was in great location close to shopping, dining and not far from beach.

During check in young lady was trying to tell me she didn't see that I had paid for my room already, then was trying to get me to swap my card again for payment after I showed her my emails conformation. The 1st room she sent me to had a bad smell to it. Then 2nd room mini fridge didn't work and big roach came out of nowhere. So we were given keys to 3rd room only for mini fridge to not work. So finally we talked with the manager on duty and he moved us to a great room. Dave even gave us complimentary breakfast and appetizers for the next day. I still haven't seen my itemized bill from check out. I've been home now 8hrs.

The location of the hotel to beach, restaurants and shopping was great. The parking was great and convenient.

The pool was dingy and dirty looking. On two nights I was awakened by people running down the hallway yelling or talking real loud. The cleaning staff did a half job with cleaning the room.

The property was very nice.

My room was decent but we did not like the 1st floor location. We upgraded to a balcony but could not enjoy it because it was facing some kind of utility and the balcony was no bigger then the chair. Had to leave the curtains closed the whole time.

The hotel is in a very good area. The room was clean and it was easy for us to check in.

It price wasn't cheap even though it was affordable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (we did get free breakfast for two days because of the pool inconvenience).

The pool was being completely remodeled and out of service. I was highly upset and definitely wouldn’t have stayed there (with a kid) if I had known beforehand. Especially since this is NOT an ocean front hotel (beach is about 1 or 2 miles away).

I liked the dog walking areas. The benches are really nice.

The furniture in the room was like Flintstone furniture. Hard and uncomfortable. My son and I did not sleep well at all. Also, no one ever came to clean the room, get us towels, take out the trash, etc... I had to either call or get lucky and catch them when they were on our floor. I needed a light bulb and asked for one and was told someone would be up to bring one but I finally called the front desk and they sent one up. I just was very unhappy with the experience.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and the property was neat and clean. The place also smells phenomenal!

Fold out bed was not 100 percent clean and we reserved this room with the fold-out, specifically for our 10-year-old, so that was a little disappointing. This was the only part of the entire place that seemed less than sparkling, so we made do. Also, the parking in the evening was less than desirable. I'm not sure if the restaurant nearby had folks using the hotel parking, but there was almost no parking after 8 pm.

the location was great as we had previously stayed at another property in the past and this was close to where we wanted to be. close to barefoot landing where they is a lot of choices for restaurants and activities. staff at the hotel were very nice and polite.

due to staffing shortages, the property did need a good cleaning. the hallways were quite dirty, obviously needing a vacuum. while we stayed for 3 days, it was done the day before we left. We were informed room would only be cleaned upon request during our stay. I did not mind, however the common area really needed attention. As well as the pool, which is indoors, the bottom of the pool had a lot of thing floating around.

Room and bed. Staff very good
