The location

The floors were sticky. The heat did stay at the temp you set it at. The phone was broken. Bed sheets were disgusting. The bathroom was filthy.

Good location

Wifi was below average. Barely ever worked. Could not do our work due to the horrible wifi. Addled them to reboot the modem and they looked at me like I was an idiot. In advertisement it showed a pool and other fun things and when we got there, there wasn't a pool. Microwaves barely worked. The mini fridges did not keep anything cold. Milk would go bad within a day or so. The room was barely clean. Told us it was a non smoking room and it smells like an ashtray. Workers smoking Marijuana in the laundry room where they was the bedding and towels. Customer service was non existing when it came to issues. Workers living in the best rooms that should be for customers. The windows were screwed shut. Could not open them at all. People knocking on the doors all hours of the night because of parties. It was horrible. Would love to have my money refunded, at least partially. We had to stay 3 weeks due to not having a place to live and it was the cheapest rated hotel. I'll never stay in a Red Roof again.

The bathroom so ugly and old an also cockroach 🪳 in the room.

We asked 4 Non Smoking room bcause we have asma n using Nebulizer. The people around us smoked in their rooms n smell came into our room thru bathroom vent. I spoke in front desk n they would change our room n never did. Plus, I was tolded, no matter what room we went, we would still smell the cigarettes bcause people didn't respect n smoked in the rooms. I would say, there's NO Non Smoking rooms. The towels n bedspreads were almost all stained. Bathroom curtain alot of mildew.

The staff was rude. Since I checked in it wasn’t a helpful place. Online said they provide a crib and breakfast. When I checked in they didn’t provide the baby crib nor did they have breakfast. I paid for a week. The staff was harassing my wife with questions if she had paid while I was at work. Very unprofessional. They just dress the beds with the same sheets and comforters. Reason for not booking there again.

The front desk staff are professional and very friendly.

No one during my entire stay swepty floor or mopped it.

I stayed with my dog and I didn't get charged extra.

Toilet didn’t have running water in entire stay for several days , toilet paper holder was nonexistent. Coffee machine was dusty and grimy . Beds didn’t have comforter on very thin sheets . They gave one shampoo for 2 people .
