The hotel provided a free taxi service to and from the Airport. Fantastic. The staff were super friendly. The manager introduced himself at breakfast, had a chat and asked if everything was OK. Great attention to detail

Not enough blankets for all beds. No shower curtain. Water wouldn't drain in bathtub

Todo estuvo en pésimas condiciones. Había insectos en las habitaciones, se comentó y no hicieron nada. El baño de mi habitación no servía, hacía un ruido bastante bastante fuerte, también se notificó, dijeron que lo arreglarían pero nunca lo arreglaron. En limpieza no pasaban todos los días, no había toallas, no había papel de baño, no había jabones, las habitaciones no estaban listas. INACEPTABLE!!!! En el área de desayuno que se paga por ello…no había desayuno! Una farsa! Y la señora de edad grande que está siempre en esa área, es muy muy maleducada e entrometida, es bastante incómodo que te esté vigilando todo el tiempo. Las almohadas y el colchón bastante incómodos, ahora tengo problemas de cuello y espalda! No hay secadora de cabello, no hay plancha de ropa, no hay ganchos, no hay ventilación natural ni filtro en el baño. Las ventanas de las habitaciones están muy muy sucias que no se ve al exterior. En conclusión cobran mucho dinero para lo mediocre que es el servicio y las instalaciones. HORRIBLE TODO

Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was acquired for a low price.

Car windows were broken into outside in the parking lot. The parking lot was not safe. There was no parking available out front in view of the front desk.

Front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice.

The bed smelled like pee. For 3 days in a row I had no hot water to take a shower, and was waken up early 3 days in a row by sounds of hammers and tile being torn up in the rooms next to me

The location wasn't to far of a commute to downtown.

Nice hotel, cute and comfortable! The staff were very professional and accommodating. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, the shuttle was down so the front desk called me an uber in the morning!

The unprofessional front desk staff at time of my check in and appearance of the place. The check in individual was busy on his cell phone and didn't even have a hotel uniform. In turn, I thought maybe I was bothering him. It was dark, gloomy and dirty. My room had spider webs, stained carpets and the entry door seemed as if they were broken into to. The FREE shuttle happens to be an uber that doesn't start until 7am. In other words, there isnt a Shuttle on sight as stated on their web site. This was a business reservation as I'm an employee with American Airlines. I do not recommend this hotel, please safe your money and time.
