Staff went above and beyond and were so friendly to my family. Their pet friendly rooms worked so well for having a dog , there was a door to outside in a perfect place.

The beds were very hard/stiff And we could have used an extra pillow .. but that wasn’t a huge deal.

The building and location

The front desk clerks they were very judgy and snobby and rude with no compasion at all. People really need to start doing some self reflecting and opening up there eyes and not judge people on the way they look I understand that alot of people have abused the "system" lots and got away with some things BUT that's also why insurance is there hopefully it doesn't have to come to that all the time but insurance is there well. .. for... A little re-insurance at times. And for that reason there should not be a reason to treat people a certain way or be biased what so ever. It is that exact attitude that will keep the toxic loop going and why people have no faith in humanity anymore. Don't get me wrong I look both ways before crossing a one way road myself... but that's only because people make mistakes .... If that makes any sense whats so ever. But also steam clean your rugs at least once a decade.... Please... All in all don't be a douche and douche your rugs and you'll always get my service with a tip and a honest rating because creative criticism is underused.

The staff was very good to deal with . The 1 problem we had was handled very promptly and to my satisfaction . Very nice place.

This hotel is extremely clean. It is an older hotel, but that doesn't matter because of the cleanliness.

Loves the staff the fact that during a pandemic. They are on top of all the necessary measures. The rooms are clean , comfortable. Snack machines are conveniently located. The hotel is approximately 7 minutes to the marina depending on traffic lights.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel. Even during a pandemic there on top of it.
