the staff Maria was nice and tried to help fix my problem

the ac wasn’t working. i had to change my room the first time because it was a strong bad smell. the second room the ac was going i. and out and my kids couldn’t watch tv. the front desk lady Orlenda tried to connect it and said the maintenance guy wasn’t in and when the ac broke she tried to move my room again but I had to leave because my sons asthma started bothering him. which the manager Daniel said he understood and still tried to only give me a discount when i had to leave the stay at 12 am which I live almost 3 hours away from the location. it was an inconvenience, i was extremely sleepy as well as my kids. we were uncomfortable and my son got sick.

The bed had bed bugs and I also took pics of the Bugs on the bed where my daughter was sleeping ,

A/C didn’t work in one room was moved to another room received discount. 2nd room located on 2nd floor, entire floor smelt like a weed factory, definitely could tell someone was joking marijuana, smell was awful. A/C in 2nd room made noises. Complained and requested compensation but was told because we booked through a 3rd party could not be discounted. However, my first room was discounted.
