Everything was as expected for staying at a Holliday Inn - Good Breakfast - Friendly people - Nice room - Quiet!

Room looked run down (poorly repaired and painted ceiling) No hot showers, water was only warm. Carpet in hallway of hotel was bleached or stained. hotel looked run down for a Holiday Inn. not worth the 300.00 per night that we paid.

Advertised as a room for 4 people but then the pull out was so bad who could sleep on it and was told they are not made for comfort or to really sleep on. Was accused of leaving shower curtain open while showering and caused water to leak down stairs through ceiling. I’m sorry was water leak or plumbing leak. Front desk which I think was manager made fun of my name. Was very un professional. Will never stay there again. For what we paid for room we should have had a cleaner more enjoyable stay.

The staff was excellent and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was very sweet and went out of her way to make sure everything stayed fresh. Everyone there was very kind.

Location was perfect for our destination
When we arrived the toilet was leaking, my husband repaired it and cleaned the bathroom. The screws were coming out of the door leading into our room he notified staff both times he was given towels to replace the ones he used to clean the bathroom and handed a screwdriver to repair the door. We also found sunglasses, chargers and other things that let us know the room had not been properly cleaned. I emailed management all we received was an apology.Stay away from this hotel!! A large group of us travel to this area once a year I have made all 100 plus of the group know to not give this hotel their business.

My only complaint is that the bed was too firm and my back hurt but that is about preference and not the fault of anyone

The casino was not inside the hotel. You had to walk across the street to the casino.

Directly across from the Cherokee casino. Has a pool. Plenty of parking
Room was noticeably dirty. The tv remote was covered in something that may be chocolate. Had a small tv for a queen suite that could barely be seen. The elevator has large amounts of gunk or something built up in the floor corners. And most of the decor is very out of date

Room wasn't available until 2 hours past check-in time. Cleaners just hit the high spots.
