there was a strange smell on first floor - luckily my room wasn’t there.

Was bit difficult to find place back behind other buildings. Would have liked a firmer mattress for back problems. Breakfast was not included with room but there was a nice side area in lobby filled with good selections.

no hot breakfast an they didn’t come clean the room wen u stay couple night

Didn’t hear about breakfast! Person checking us in did not appear to be very helpful. We wanted to print something on the computer and she did help us, but was not very courteous about it.

The living area was too cold, there was no air duct in the bedroom so it was hot in there.

The day staff manager was very rude!!! Beat on our door because our son was walking to the elevator on his own.

No breakfast your $50.00 pet fee was absolutely too much to pay and because of it I would not stay there again!

It was just okay!

The beds were very comfortable.

A little more expensive than it should be.

Our room was spotless - this is the most important thing to me. Another plus was that bedding and towels were well maintained. Bed was super comfy!

Breakfast was “okay” but only included fruit and muffins.
