NIce grassy areas for dog walks. Very nice pool area. Cheerful check in with friendly staff. Chicken and crawdad place next door.

Not their fault but there's not much to do or places to eat or drink close by.

The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast worker was nice.

The bathroom had random hair on the floor and the coffee carafe had a hair on it.

Long wait in lounge for service. Staff was very nice just busy!! It would be nice if you didn't have to leave building to get back to lobby.

Breakfast was great, outdoor coke machine did not work well. Had a good dinner and drinks in the bar. Good bartender, she recognized us from before.

The booking was terrible, i called the front desk first and he could not get what we wanted and then said my master card would not work then some woman came on from a call center and told ne there was no vacancies,???then i went online and made my own my own reservation and got a confirmation right away. WHEW

Booking.con messed up with my reservation and the lady at the counter was amazing! it was after midnight and we had a baby waiting in the car. she stoop up with the booking.com people’s shenanigans (who insisted the reservation was in Deming Washington, not Deming New Mexico!!! ) and got us a room. kudos to Joyce!!! On another note, beds were the best!!!

Good location right off the highway. Easy access. Friendly helpful front desk staff (Tiffany). Great housekeeping, extremely helpful (even on Christmas day) they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Very comfortable room & extra hot water. Ample space to move around.

The breakfast buffet was not even adequate! Needed more selection for vegetarians like us. The same thing everyday. Was hoping for more fruit, not just small apples! Hot oatmeal would have been a great option as well as french toast. The biscuits were dry & even the gravy couldn't save them. If you drink decaf coffee.....better to order as soon as you walk in, then expect to receive it by the time your finished eating! The waffles were heavy & stale tasting even though you make them yourself. The dinner menu also doesn't change & needs serious improvement. The outside of the property looks shabby & unkept. Good thing the rooms are comfy & Susan in the dining room was super nice.

the place needs update toilet handle was broke but you could make it flush noisy place you could hear everytime someone else used their water flushing or and sink shower

The door handle to the room was broken (as were others nearby) and it was difficult to get the door open. Always had to try multiple times. Also, the faucet handle was falling off. Just some minor inconveniences, overall a good place to stay.

The staff was nice, the grounds were awesome for dogs. The shower water was hot. The room was quiet. The bar and restaurant were a gleaming light of hope and relaxation from a 12 hour drive from Texas. They had football playing and the lady bartender was the best. I would stay here every time.

The only critique we had and it's stupid, was the table in the room was too big. Dumb right? Some people might appreciate the big table, but that was the only thing my wife said she didn't like, but you have to remember we had been on the road for 12 hours straight and weren't the happiest people, again the bar and restaurant fixed all those problems.

clean, first floor!!! staff great! parked in front of my room..pretty darn quiet. didn't hear anyone upstairs, nor next door, nor the freeway which is out front.

just an older building. small bathroom, a table in front of the a/c & poor controls. I had a hard time figuring out or seeing the controls (it was cold and I needed to get the heat going)
