I was placed in a room that was a downgrade from what was booked initially. The shower faucet was coming off, the hook in the back of the door fell off, the staff said they did not have any more wash clothes or towels when requested, and there were no covers available for the sofa bed.

I liked that the property was close to & convenient  to a lot stores, wasn’t too far from Colonial Beach. The breakfast was pretty good I must say & the staff was super friendly!

The pictures that was shown on the website definitely wasn’t the same rooms! Those pictures must’ve been taken when the hotel was first built! The pool needs to be power washed because it’s green stain which makes the water look green. I was nerves to let my son get in. The rooms was dated, the bed so uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom outdated.

It was comfortable and clean and staff was friendly.

Accidentally booked a room for handicapped and the shower kept falling down so it was difficult to shower.

The staff was excellent. The are extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was good too.

The entire property is filthy. It is falling apart. There is rotting furniture in the rooms, huge stains all over the floor, missing fire alarms with wires hanging from the ceiling. The management company should be embarrassed.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was very large and even had a separate TV area which came in handy when my husband wanted to take a nap.

The only issue we had was the ac unit. I'm not sure if I set it correctly but it felt a little hot through out the night. But like I said that could have been a me problem.

I like the lobby area and the location of things being around the hotel. You didn’t have to travel far.

I didn’t like the persons attitude who was doing check in. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there due to the hotel being booked for two events that weekend. She stated she should have called out. There was one person cleaning the rooms and she had been there since 7am and we checked in at or around 5pm.the parking lot was small. The hotel only had one hall of rooms. The air wasn’t on in the room and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it in. The fridge wasn’t on. The floor was beyond dirty!! The tv didn’t work at all. The curtains were broken. I could hear the people below me all night. Talking coughing and spitting. The breakfast was literally eggs and sausage links.

Check in was fast and at 3. The women at the desk were so friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, usually I hate hotel bed and pillows but theirs were perfect. Also, there's a shopping center across the main road that has everything you want and need.

The top lock on the door was broke and that made me uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. The price was reasonable. I would stay there again.

The top lock was broke on our door. I didn't notice until after we were settled in or I would of asked to be moved.

I loved our room it was very nice had a living room area separated from the bedroom it was super nice

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't connect my Google stick to the network so I could stream my own stuff most hotels I've stayed you can connect this one wouldn't work

The entire building smelled of marijuana. Poor lighting in the room. Cracked and peeling paint. Shower curtain rod was pulling away from the wall. Not a very good experience

The toilet was broken, ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and the carpet needed cleaning.

The breakfast was not very good.

Your breakfast. We went to Florence, South Carolina and how nice was that!!! Couldn't believe it was the same company.

We didn't expect much from a continental breakfast, but the breakfast SUCKED. - THE DANISHES WE'RE SO HARD, DRY OLD STALE DISGUSTING. NOT MUCH ELSE WORTH MENTIONING EXCEPT THE ICE MACHINE PUT OUT MOLD, MILDEW
