The location was great. Nice and quiet - just what we needed.

very clean, accommodating and very friendly and sufficient staff.

The pancake machine broke as I was just about to make some.

Didn't have a regular breakfast like it should have and it was very difficult trying to get my room and was charged more than what I should have been I should be reimbursed by booking.com

Bed was comfortable and liked the bathroom

No hot breakfast was available

the room had a funky smell

The second morning only cold breakfast. The cook called in sick. The tile in the pool area is a safety hazard. We weren't told we had to approve the maid entering our room due to COVID, so we had no maid service.

Would have been nice to know about remodeling prior to booking

Day one cereal only and that was BRAND X or stale warm coffee,next day hot breakfast Location was good for what we needed

Could have let me know it was under construction and i would have book someplace else. This is the second time that this has happened to me at a Holiday inn Express. I will think twice about staying at one of there Hotels in the future.

location- 1st morning we had a good Continental breakfast. the next morning was hardly nothing. said due to construction, but Monday morning there was construction. just disappointed in Tuesday breakfast. plus we found glass in the carpets the 1st night. we have pictures.

Breakfast was nice.

I booked this for my 80yr old Father . There was No closet and nowhere to hang his clothes. Also, the toilet was so small it looked like it belonged in a Preschool. They said they were renovating, which is fine, but price should reflect.

Good shower. The front desk staff were nice and understanding. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No traffic noise. We now know to not stay here again so that was a lesson learned, Always good to learn a lesson.

We understood the hotel is being renovated. >Very overpriced for what we got. We should get a partial refund. There were not any other rooms available in the area or we would have left. Major safety issue = MSC below >MSC - The electrical box under the desk was missing a cover plate, outlet was loose, AND ONLY ONE HALF OF THE SOCKET HAD POWER >MSC - The outside door from the east side parking lot into the hotel was broken and did not latch. >MSC -The fire alarm pull boxes were disabled - left hanging open. I noticed 4 in passing were in this condition. >MSC -The room door did not close properly unless it was slammed. It did not auto shut like other hotels we have stayed in before. The first time we left to get some dinner we came back to find the door had not shut. I noticed that there were several other rooms on the second floor where the room door was not shut all the way. >The stairway banister going from the lobby to the second floor was covered with dust. It was there when we arrived and was still there when we left. > Cushion on the sofa bed fell in. >The carpets throughout the hotel were grungy looking.' The hallway carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed for a few days. >The lamps in our room were covered with construction dust. = I doubt the rooms was cleaned. >The desk chair had a WET grease spot from a pizza box ( NOT OURS!) and there were pieces of pizza crust on the chair. I cleaned it off. >No trash can in the room. We had to go to the front desk to get trash bags for our trash and advised front desk staff. We never did get one. >No hair dryer in the room the 1st night. Front desk staff advised they were ordering new ones and only had a very limited supply. The 2nd night we did get one. >Bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled - very nice - but there was a hole in the wall beside the shower and the toilet seat was loose.

the front desk staff were very nice. the bed was clean and comfortable. A nice new walk in shower. the breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.

I did not know until we arrived that the hotel was in the middle of renovation. the very small TV was blurry and difficult to see from the couch. The desk chair had torn leather and stuffing coming out, plus I was unable to move the chair up so that I could use the desk. the curtain was torn and could not be closed. I asked and got from the front desk for a couple of safely pins. I had to climb up and stand on the window ledge to pin the curtain closed. Only one door on the shower could be opened, no grab bar in the shower. (I am 77 years old and need something to hold onto while washing feet) $124.00 for a nights stay is a bit steep with so many problems. Would have liked to have been offered a discount because of the situation.

The breakfast was great

Bathroom was filthy, room wasn’t much better, this was the case in the two rooms I saw.

The room was very clean and the shower was incredible. Wonderful to be able to wake up and head down to eat some complimentary breakfast in the morning. Everything was very clean, even with maintenance being done across the establishment. The staff was very considerate and kind in my experience.

The outlets in the room are located in inconvenient places so searching for a place to charge your devices was a kind of hide and seek game. I was a little upset there was no pool, but they are improving the space, so I can’t really fault that because it’s being improved.

Wonderful staff. Got to check in early. At first they said no, but must assume they saw me reserve via booking.com so wanted a good review. Then they seemed extra helpful.

Renovations happening so pool was not open.
