Beds were uncomfortable, but that’s any hotel.

Great location, staff friendly and they allow pets.

Over-priced and charged a hold fee if you booked through a third party. The fee was not stated on the final balance the booking.com application showed. I was not prepared to pay it.

The employees were very pleasant and tried their best to be helpful. The bedroom was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

The breakfast was terrible. My Belgium waffle had all the black burnt debris from the toaster on the bottom of it. My cup had lipstick on it. My husband's French toast was inedible as it was made with something spoiled. The entire experience made us feel that the kitchen needs an inspection by the Board of Health. Not a good experience for a Hilton facility. Our first assigned room had a toilet that was blocked and it took several phone calls and employee attempts to finally assign us to a new room.

Horrible WiFi unless (I would imagine)you pay for the upgraded plan. Room smelled of smoke. No vent in bathroom. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Very clean. Large room. Staff is very friendly. Loves the southern hospitality.

The staff was most helpful and positive: front desk (Delaney, Maria) were awesome! The bartender (Austin was great) and the maids were friendly and pleasant.

Disappointed that the washing machine was broken the entire time that we were there. We had to drive to a laundry mat, not good.
