It was located in a covenant location.
The room smelled and the sheets smelled stale. It did not smell freshly cleaned.

Great friendly and helpful staff! China was great both on the phone PRIOR to our arrival AND while there. Kenneth and Sandra were both very nice and helpful too. Nice waitstaff at breakfast in the mornings too. Definitely will be back at Hampton Inn!
Delayed on getting me extra towels and washcloths on 2 different days even when called ahead of stay to request them…but not a big deal comparably to all else being great.

Excellent airport hotel.
Booking told me they had canceled an accidental duplicate reservation I made for the hotel room. When I arrived, the duplicate reservation was still on the hotel's books and I was charged for an extra room.

The location to the airport and the shuttle.
Some plugs didn’t work. Some lights didn’t work. There we’re any USB ports.There was not fridge in the room.

The beds were comfortable and one of the staff Colleen was very friendly and inviting.
The room didn't have any USB charging port that works and there was no mini refrigerator nor a microwave and the shower had hairs in the tub and the air conditioner was so noisy throughout the night.

Very convenient. Comfortable beds. They gave us complementary water and snacks. The staff was super nice. Shuttle to the airport was fast, friendly and timely.
The bathroom was old but clean and in working order.

The staff were friendly and helpful plus the breakfast was good. I had a room with a great view.
The room requires an update as it appears very tired and dated.. The top of the chair was worn and cracked and you could see the stuffing had fallen out at the top. Round the base of the shower door was brown with what looked like rust. Scratches over the wooden desk, chest of drawers and headboard.
