Loved how clean the room was and the friendliness of staff.

1. The blinds did not close properly and thereby not truly being sun blocking shades. 2. The bathroom door would not stay open. I do not like getting ready for my day with the door closed. 3. The window unit for AC and Heat did not work properly and the fan blowing air ran all night. Checked the wall unit and it did not function.

water faucet in bathroom had no pressure. it was hard to even wash my face. shower faucet - constant dripping.

Quick and easy check in. Staff was super friendly. Fell in love with the shower, wanted to take it home with me. 😆

The breakfast wasn't all that great.

Computer issues at check-in delayed our checking in but lady at desk was very nice and considerate trying to make us comfortable. Need to fix their system.

They were a bit disorganized on check in I had called ahead and asked for them to confirm the room and they advised that that if I had a room booked it was confirmed. They did not look it up. When I got there they had several stacks of arrival paperwork took them a moment to find our reservation in the pile. We were a bit anxious becauseanother guest who had a reservation was being told they could not find one of their rooms
