Room ready on time( check in at 4pm and room not ready). Digital key experience, contined either error message, something wrong on Hilton's end, toilet, had to hold handle down until it would flush, jacuzzi waterl evel was low, pump struggled, no one advised elevator would only go to my level and ground floor, got stuck in elevator, had to call and then explained process.

Excellent location to dining and entertainment. Food was very good. Dino was very kind, helpful and accommodating.

The bell hop completely ignored us. Mattress in our room may need to be replaced very soon. It slopes to the middle.

Very convenient to downtown.

Very clean and very friendly employees

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms were clean, well stocked, loved the large lotion, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner hanging on the walls in the bathroom in good sized bottles. The pillows could use updating as they were pretty flat but we made do. If you don’t use valet parking, you have to park across the stree in a multi level parking lot with an elevator and cross bridge to the hotel. Love the security of having to use your room key to use the elevator in the hotel. There is a train track that runs very close to the hotel and the trainl runs all day and night and blows the horn pretty loudly, so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue. It didn’t bother us. I have to say that although the hotel is exceptional, their biggest asset is their staff. They go above and beyond to help customers! I was extremely impressed by all of them, including valets, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, I believe it recently had a remodel. The valet attendants were friendly and helpful and very quick to bring the car. I appreciated the extra security of having to use your room key for the elevator. My room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was buffet style. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. There was a good selection of options. I will definitely stay here again.

That the hotel lounge closed at 11 on Saturday night. We had been at an all-day event and just wanted to unwind at the hotel's lounge. The bartender did suggest a couple nearby bars.

It was the perfect location for what we needed. Parking was easy. I felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing I can say that I didn't like. Maybe just to be told that we had to scan our card to go up to our room, other than that it was perfect.
