When we arrived, the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. We had never stayed at a Staybridge before. The room was a nice surprise! We had a couch seating area and a king bed. The small kitchen had a microwave and stove top, but no oven. It did have a nice size refrigerator. There were also glasses, cups, and dishes, as well as silverware. The bathroom area had a vanity with a large mirror and a full closet. The toilet and tub/shower had a door for privacy. By the way, the shower was a.ma.zing! It was strong, which we like and warmed up fast! Also, there were Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. At the sink, they had Dove brand hand wash and lotion. The king bed was VERY comfortable. While our room faced the front - where cars entered - we did not notice much noise. The room was also clean, which is important to us! We had breakfast two days, and both days were good, offering protein options of eggs, meat, and yogurt, along with fruit, cereals, waffles, and bagels. Our only disappointment was the fruit - it was all frozen, not fresh, except for apples. They also offer a light "meal" 2 nights midweek. One night was tacos, the other was spup and sandwiches. There was free wine and beer, though we are not big drinkers. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price!
There was frozen fruit at breakfast instead of fresh. Honestly, that is the only thing we did not like.

Comunicação, todos dias quando chegávamos no apartamento, o cartão para abrir a porta não funcionava, tínhamos reconfigurar na portaria, sistema arcaico….

We’ve stayed there many times. It is super clean. We like everything about it.We come for the PA State 4-H horse show.
Only thing is, we were charged extra for the room. $100+. Was told we will be reimbursed but have not received it yet.

convenient location to PA Farm Show Complex
weekend breakfast does not start until 7:30am
Most people staying at this hotel are attending an event at the farm show. Exhibitors and athletes as well as show attendees go early and due to the breakfast not staring until 7:30am, this was a huge disappointment!!!

close to the venue the lady that works in the kitchen was very nice and friendly. Made us feel welcome!
over priced. the only difference from a standard room was a wall divider and a extra tv. The room keys kept loosing its programming. beds in the suite was extremely hard not comfortable moved us to a standard room with a non working fridge.

The breakfast staff and breakfast were the best part of our stay.
Our room on the other hand was well below our expectations. We had a 2 queen suite and it was very uncomfortable we had a difficult time getting around the bed to make it to the bathroom and we thought we were going to fall through the bathtub when showering. We will not be staying here in the future!

it was fairly close to where we needed to be
the area wasn’t the most pleasant; tons of traffic with Farm Show complex next door and an event going on that weekend. I could smell weed in the parking lot as we walked into the hotel. also, my room was to be a king size bed and it was not. I’m guessing it was a double; definitely not a king bed

The lobby and kitchen staff were amazing and so friendly!
I guess it was a good thing, but they started cleaning our room before we even checked out. We walked back upstairs to double-check that we got everything and they were already cleaning it out.

Location was great and very clean.Breakfast was above average for a motel.
The heater was so loud it would wake you up everytime it came on.Sounded like a jet in your room.You couldn't even hear the TV when it was running!

The location the staff And the breakfast every morning was absolutely incredible Was a get away weekend for my wife and I and loved every minute of it would recommend and we'll be going back
The one thing that I did not like is that the windows do not open I like to open my windows in the morning That was the only disappointing thing And the windows are deteriorating Getting frost in between the pains so you don't get a good look outside

I loved that it was very clean and comfortable!! I felt like I was at home. All the staff we came in contact with (front desk & breakfast area) were extremely friendly and helpful. The older woman in the breakfast area went above and beyond for anyone coming to enjoy the delicious breakfast options. She helped my sister make her waffles and also made waffles for the children of another guest while I was down there eating. She is a wonderful asset to your company! She seems to care about your guests and takes pride in her work! Thanks for a GREAT stay!!

All was perfect except for the guy at the front desk when we arrived. Food was perfect and room very clean.
The person at the front desk when we arrived had no smile, no information was given what so ever. He bearly talked. I had to ask him why did you swipe my credit card if I paid online already.

Issues at check in as my booking reservation was not found. Then they wanted to charge me $264 per night. so I went back on booking .com and reserved another room and got it for $546 for the entire 3 night stay.
