Magnífica localización en el centro de Manhattan, justo a 1 minuto está el metro. La habitación limpia y agradable equipada con todo lo necesario. Hay calefacción y una mini cocina. Nos cambiaron las toallas y recogieron la habitación cada 2 días, fue genial. El staff de recepción nos ayudó en todo momento. Los baños compartidos estaban bastantes limpios y ordenados durante los días de nuestra estancia.

The hotel is right next to a subway stop, making it easy to access the rest of Manhattan. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is helpful and polite. The hotel has a cat who is very friendly. The bed is very confortable and having a small kitchen in the room is nice.

The room is noisy, especially the fridge and heating system. The bathroom being shared is not ideal, of course. Some of the installations are very old.

1. Assenza di un’ascensore, abbiamo dovuto salire 5 valigie a piedi per due piani con scale strette e scomodissime, senza nessun tipo di aiuto 2. Camera sporchissima, malandata e la maggior parte dei mobili era marcia 3. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo dovuto sopportare rumori molesti di musica alta e puzza di “fumo” (nonostante il divieto di fumare nelle camere) provenienti dalla stanza adiacente per due giorni consecutivi 4. Presenza di divano letto che non era né divano né letto, scomodo e comunque camera non adatta a 3 persone. 5. Il Wi-Fi funzionava malissimo ed è un punto negativissimo dato che non c’era nemmeno una buona copertura di dati cellulari Tutto ciò era accettabile se avessimo pagato relativamente poco, invece abbiamo pagato un prezzo molto alto per i servizi e la qualità ricevuti

Niente è stata la struttura peggiore in cui abbia mai alloggiato. Peggio di un ostello!!!

Servizi terribili, pulizia nulla, staff scortese. Siamo arrivati alle 23 oltre a non segnalare la mancanza di ascensore abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere dell’acqua e il personale in modo piuttosto scortese ci ha detto che loro non hanno acqua e di andare a prenderla fuori. Il frigo nella camera funziona poco e nulla. Le camere sono veramente anguste e SPORCHISSIME!! Abbiamo fatto fatica ad utilizzare anche solo il bagno. Le foto non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà! Davvero esperienza pessima!!! Non ci abbiamo dovuto passare solo una notte ma 10 notti e davvero non so spiegare tutte le cose che non andavano bene. Non c’era neppure un phon per capelli…

Bad smell on lobby and in the room. Bathroom is unclean. Carpet in whole object is very unclean. The mattress has holes in it.

The location of this hotel was great! There are subway stations just steps from the hotel. We were able to travel all over Manhattan in every direction very easily. Also, there are many great restaurants and coffee shops to choose from nearby. We booked a room with a private bathroom.

Our room was not nearly as nice or clean as what is shown on the hotel or booking.com websites. In the pictures it looks very clean and attractively decorated. The hotel room rates seem to fluctuate greatly from month to month. We happened to book when the rates were quite high. I would stay here again because of the great location and convenience, but only if I were able to get a room for less than $150 per night.

El wifi a duras penas funciona, las ventanas de la habitación no aíslan ni del frío ni del ruido exterior, la calefacción es antigua y varias veces por la noche hace ruidos muy molestos durante más de media hora, la cama incomodisima con un colchón totalmente deforme, habitación sin armario, baño sucio. Un hotel que no cumple ningún mínimo de higiene ni comodidad y con una relación calidad-precio pésima. Una pesadilla

Mit ein wenig Mühe und geringen Arbeitskosten wären das an sich nett eingerichtete Zimmer und die (geteilten) Badezimmer mit WC deutlich aufzuwerten bzw. mindestens instandzuhalten - wenn man nur wollte!

One guy tried to charge $10 to keep our cases for a few hours after check out. The girl let us keep them there without charge. Otherwise lovely helpful staff.

Each morning we had to listen to racist, offensive rantings from the owner who stood spoke outside our door speaking very loudly to the reception staff. He would carry on - swearing and saying terrible things about Chinese people. It was very aggressive and offensive.

the reviews before from other travelers the hotel is inexpensive and I am so thankful it exists. for the price though you cannot pretend to get a 5 star hotel. it feels actually very close to an old west village apartment . a bit shabby but lots of character and there are no bugs !!

Hotel 309 has perfect location, it was very clean and warm. Our host went the extra mile and supported us with holding our bags and provided extra coffee and tea. Our room with private bathroom was worth the price. Would recommend and will definitely come back! It's a shame we only stayed 3 nights..

Housekeeping didn’t change bed sheets and only gave us clean towels 1 time in 5 days. They were not around for us to ask for clean towels and hardly spoke English when we did see them. There was cockroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. The room is tiny and looks dirty, the furniture was really old and squeaky. There was no curtains, like shown in the photos, only a roller blind. Wifi was free but connection was so bad I didn’t get to use it at all
