Construction materials laying around. Small pillows and sink, no table in room. The fact that the Pool turned into garden was a little disappointing.

They put us in a room that they knew had no internet, and that it was not going to be fixed . It was very dirty and rundown , and there was no bath mat, washcloth, hand towel, or shampoo. There was only a small square of soap. The chair was missing an arm. There was only one tiny wastebasket. I was given completely different excuses for the lack of internet by different staff members. The ice machine was broken. There was no plug for the bathtub, and when I asked for one the woman at the front desk was rude and argumentative. me: I need a plug for the bathtub. her: The water is not working? me:No, I need to plug it up to take a bath. her:You want to fill up the tub with water? (in an incredulous voice)me, calmly: yes, that is what a bath is. her:We have shower! me:you advertise your property as having a bathtub; I would like to take a bath. She grudgingly sent maintenance, who brought me a stopper and told me they don’t like to provide them because they get stolen. She grudgingly allowed me to change rooms at 11 the next day. The internet worked, but the room was tiny, filthy, had nowhere to hang clothes and the area underneath the sink was extremely moldy, to the point of making me ill, as I am allergic to mold. Gave me attitude when I asked for a receipt.

An attempt was made to make the room special. Decorations, electronics, hot tub, etc.

Very run down location, stairs were unavailable, room was boiling hot at first, many items were damaged or not working. I didnt feel like a VIP or special at all.

The location was AWESOME. It was only about 4 or 5 miles from my nephews house so the commute was nice and short. There were A LOT of restaurants and stores within only a few miles of the hotel. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating.

It says on booking.com's website that they have a pool and breakfast but they have neither. The pool was filled in years ago and turned into a nice peaceful Zen garden. The beds were a little too hard for my liking. The place is a little run down and could use a few repairs, but in order to do that more people have to go and visit so they have the money to put back into it.

Well I hope you have some time.. I booked this room two weeks ago, I get there my reservation is still messed up even though I had spoken to somebody the day before to confirm the reservation. Then I get to the room! I've never seen such a filthy disgusting motel room in my life! I literally checked out one hour later and now I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. The online photo are fake!

it was the dirties most disgusting place I have ever stayed. we check in around 10 pm and left at 6 . could not wait to get out of there. No clean pillow cases has to ask no clean towels and still cigarettes in a dirty ash tray.
