My mother and I had a great time... Check in was easy and very present. Our check in clerk made our welcoming very pleasant for my mom and I and also my sister and brother in law when they checked in later. We had planned a weekend game at Petco Park our easy walk to the trolley was amazing being that the San Diego Trolley was only a block away from the hotel. I wish I could remember the clerks name not to sure if it was Tiffany. We will defiantly recommend to family and friends.

I like oatmeal been served hot. There's fruits, sausages, eggs. I like the integrity, I left my charger in my room and I got it back. The gym room. I didn't use it but it's good to know it is accessible.

I didn't like plastic utensils, it should be the bigger utensils. The sausages are not we'll cook. I prefer medium brown cooked on sausages not pale. The elevator, was squeaking. The odor in the facility is not pleasant as I expected. I waited for a room to get cleaned. When I entered to my room, locked the door. Checked the closed cabinet, the bathroom. Make sure no one in there. I tried to put the safety door lock but it didn't fit. A minute later, there was a knocked on my door from housekeeping. She said she left a bag in the room. I didn't open the door nor let her in. We were talking between door. I didn't see any bag in the room. So I called the front desk or housekeeping. The lady said, "yes, she's from housekeeping. I can see her in front of your door from the screen" there was a brief conversation. Finally the lady at the front door left and apologized.

Location was decent, close to many food options, shopping and a short drive into San Diego. Very close to the freeway. Room was updated and clean, staff were friendly. Pool and hot tub were a nice size.

There were motor bikes riding up and down the street all night that were VERY loud. Breakfast was ok but have had better at the same hotel chain, breakfast area was small.

Entre al jacuzzi , dos cositas me desagradaron , una había un insecto dentro del jacuzzi por la escaleras , dos siento que el asiento de concreto debía ser mas bajo ya que el agua no tapaba mis hombros

The hotel was super clean. Big rooms. The staff were nice.

The elevator was broken. They served the same type of breakfast every morning. It would have been nice to switch the sausage for bacon and offer white bread one day.

The breakfast is always great here! Location is good close to alot of restaurants. The beach is not to far easy access to the freeway or trolley. The pool is cool it has a grill right next to if you want to BBQ. Rooms are clean we always get a suite and they're pretty spacey. Staff is very friendly.

We paid a lot of money to have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

I wanted two double queens but got two single king rooms.

Room is very spacious and clean. Hotel vicinity felt comfortable and safe for my family. Plenty of parking spaces.

Elevator is too slow. Need hugh sign for direction to.stairs in case of emergency or evacuation., No safe in room to secure valuable.
