Gute Betten, Frühstück inklusive, Pool Großer Vorteil ist der kostenlose Parkplatz am Hotel Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür um für 1,75 $ (!!!) in 45 Minuten zum Walk of Fame zu kommen (ohne Umsteigen) Unschlagbar! Wir haben sogar noch eine Nacht verlängert um einen Tag in den Universal Studios zu verbringen.

Room was generally clean.

Breakfast was bland. Afterhours staff was very rude. Hard to get water to refill our water bottles. Shower splashed everywhere and we had to mop up the water with extra towels.

Quartier di Eagle Rock sicuro e buona posizione per raggiungere con Uber/Lyft il Griffith Observatory (vista pazzesca su Los Angeles e la scritta Hollywood), Downtown, Walk Of Fame e Universal Studios. Un po' più distanti, invece, Santa Monica e l'aereoporto. Colazione essenziale con opzione sia di dolce (muffin, toast o bagel con marmellate varie, waffel da fare al momento con sciroppo di acero, ecc) e salato (uovo e salsiccia), frutta, yogurt e ovviamente caffè americano. Se si ha la macchina c'è il parcheggio incluso e c'è anche la piscina da poter usare se è bel tempo (a febbraio era già aperta).

Non ci sono molti ristoranti vicini da poter raggiungere a piedi, se una volta ritornati in albergo non si ha più voglia di riuscire e anadre in centro a mangiare qualcosa.

It’s in Eagle Rock California, maybe less than 15 miles to Hollywood Blvd. Area is nice and has plenty of local restaurants and a Target less than 2 miles away. Area has a bohemian feel to it. The parking lot, lobby and room were very clean. Loved that within an hour of checking in we received call from staff to check if everything in the room was ok. You don’t get that type of service from Hyatt or Hilton anymore. The staff we saw in the morning walking over to breakfast that is included were so friendly. Everyone always said ,Good morning or Hello and asked how we were doing. The nicest thing was they cleaned the room everyday, made the bed, and left fresh towels everyday single day. It’s so rare to get that type of service since COVID. This is our second time staying at a Comfort Inn, and I have been very impressed as I always stayed away from that Motel type of building, but they are definitely doing everything they can to show they provide great customer service, and facility is nice. Beds comfortable and TV was at least 50” flat screen with HBO and Cinemax included through DIRECTV. Breakfast included and while basic it had everything you could want including make it yourself Belgium waffles, eggs and sausage, fruit and a variety of bread and muffin items, cereals and oatmeal. So next time you see Comfort Inn check out this one in Eagle Rock as it had a high rating and did not disappoint!

Would have like ice maker on 2nd floor. They only have one on 1st floor. Maybe change out breakfast every other day for some variety. Bacon instead of sausage everyday, and some danish options instead of muffins everyday would have helped. Also adding some fruit loops to the cereal options would have been great.

Nice location, close to Universal City etc.

Breakfast room was little bit too small and it took relative long for reception staff to check and refill coffee and other products. There should be own employee for breakfast or scheduled checks.
