location was fantastic for visiting Havard Uni & a metro station in walking distance. The staff were exceptional in being friendly & helping us with our needs. The accommodation was quiet & the bed was comfy.

location, parking and the price. it was a great value. the other guests were super friendly too. I love that it’s in a historic building. it’s a beautiful neighborhood!

Mattress

Very beautiful building with a lot of cozy antique/vintage elements to it! It looks like it would be haunted; unfortunately, it isn't. In all seriousness though, the location is PERFECT for walkability! Especially if you intend on visiting Harvard or spending most of your time in Harvard Square. The porch is nice for sitting, and there is an additional outdoor space with a sitting area as well. The layout of the room was really nice, too.

The walls are paper thin. The last night of my stay, I head nothing but very loud "romance" all night. It made it difficult to sleep before traveling back home. Also, the beds are very firm and stiff as well as creaky...almost like the floors are. Not uncomfortable in my opinion, but I know many people prefer softer beds. The room service was a bit odd. They only replaced towels and did not take out the trash. Also, when I first got into the room, I noticed a woman's hair tie was on the floor. And after I had been gone one day, I returned to find some mysterious orange stuff on my toiletries bag. I do not have any orange soaps or products of any kind, and it wasn't there when I left, so I literally have no idea about that. I just wiped it up and ignored it, and it ultimately wasn't a big deal. But it was weird though.
