Reserve un cuarto con 2 camas y me dieron una habitación con 1 cama

Fair pricing and good location

Doors, Elevators, flooring, etc showed extra wear to them. Had the appearance of uncleanliness but my room once I made it in was very clean. The rest of the hotel however just had a run down feel to it.

This booking was supposed to be for Oct 6 2023 not for Aug 12 2023. Booking.com booked for incorrect day. They also booked for another motel in Springfield. I was able to cancel that booking but not the one in Shawnee. I will not be using booking.com again

Location and clean

My room location was not what I requested. It was the opposite of my request. Very upset about that. If it wasn’t for already being paid for I would of went elsewhere.

Clean and quiet, easy check-in and check-out and convenient location

The breakfast was very good and the eating area was kept clean

No microwave in the room
