Location was ok

The rooms are old and wouldn’t have been renovated since the 90’s (the photos appear to reflect when they were first opened). It smelt old and mouldy. The bathroom is very old and small, the basin was in the room which was odd. No facilities in the rooms (eg. a small bar fridge) and the facility has no restaurant / gym etc.

Bed was big, comfortable and clean. There was heating and the manager was really helpful and gave some good recommendations and advice about not leaving valuables in the car. We stayed one night and it was adequate. It had a bed, a T.v. that was playing the Back to the Future trilogy (which we enjoyed) the bathroom was tidy and had hot running water.

The room smelt damp - the carpet needs to be replaced and there is a sign in reception saying that there are chemicals in the building that can cause cancer and birth defects (if pregnant) - we suspected this to be asbestos.

Honestly I didn’t like anything about it!

The location was ehh, the conditions of the room though were not at all what it portrayed in the photos! I feel like I was completely misled. The beds were not comfortable as others stated they were. The room was so dark and gloomy, it felt like we were in a dungeon. Even my kids didn’t like the vibe. The shower didn’t drain as it should. A typical shower felt like a bath, perhaps the other side of the hotel was the upgraded part but the part that we were in were very old and dingy.

No breakfast; parking was 25 $ a day which was not clearly stated but worth it; wonderful staff!

I wanted a mini-bar but was glad it wasn't there. It saved me money and I lost a few pounds.

location is walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and close to golden gate bridge and other tourist spots.

smells old and u can easily hear neighbors. quite expensive.

Basic but clean and great location and price. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful - we arrived a day late due to cancelled flights and they were unfazed.

This hotel was close to areas I wanted to explore. Took me awhile to find a Starbucks for breakfast. Location was great. I walked from my hotel to the Golden Gate Bridge and over the bridge and back.

The first night was hard to sleep due to neighbours kids being loud. Had a little problem with Wifi, but asked for help at the desk. Bathroom was very small to maneuver in, but I managed.

Very basic, old fashioned, dreary.

Good Location, Was pleasant enough.

Bathroom a little small, Hallways and room could just do with a brighten and freshen up but felt comfortable and safe.

The shower liner had mold on it. Everything seemed dirty and stained.

Location was very good. Easy to reach all iconic places with public transport. Room size was good.

The location and price of this hotel make it worth it. The room was clean and comfortable.

The size and darkness of the rooms. It was a little bit small within the main room for our family of five.

In general, everything was good. During our stay, the staff were very helpful and kind. We were a big family and got rooms that were connected. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Communication with the staff before the stay. I tried to reach them by message to modify my dates of the reservation, didn't answer my messages. I had to call several times to Booking.com (and pay long distance calls) who help me to contact directly the hotel, as intermediary, and three days later they finally answered. The modification was done.

Size of the rooms and how helpful the lady at the front desk was
