Room and facilities were very good.

Traffic noise and the TV remote functions did not work

It's a rip off. Saratoga is hot right now and this hotel is taking advantage of it despite it being really lackluster. It should be a 200 dollar hotel, instead they are charging $500+. Silly.

Average rooms, messy halls, outdated, not great services, etc.

The location was good and the desk staff were nice and accommodating.The bell hop service was quick

It there were three steps as you go into the dining area I had to get someone help to get my rollator down the stairs.Saturday service was real slow. The bathroom sink was draining poorly,needs to be unclogged I tried to use the coffee pot but it was not working I plugged it in and the on button was red I only saw the housekeeper today The shower tile need new grouting They area was nice and guiet. The fridge kept everything cold.

We were there for beer fest. which was right next door. that was awesome and the hotel was very nice.

$25 early check in and another $10 to park. I was already paying $192 to stay. not a very good deal price wise. also the restaurant was a absolute disaster.

We were told breakfast was included but then got charged. Staff did not communicate very well the protocol and what a complimentary breakfast means.

Don't even think of staying here absolutely appalling condition. First of all MOLD everywhere follow by dirty linen, dirty interiors of rooms and bathrooms. Overcharging for no reason as this hotel is a coplete throw back when it comes to everything. 
Just stay away if you can, will not come back ever as moldy odor is too strong.

We had people upstairs from our room that were very loud and a lot of thumping. I had to call the front desk to get it to stop. It took a while for it to become quiet again. Not sure the night staff could help. I would hope that when weddings and reunions at your facility, you would stress a curfew for the comfort of the other guest.
