During the Check in the Lady (which was very unpolite and Not motivated) charged the room again, althouh it was prepaid. I told her that er already paid the Night, but she don‘t want to listen and told me no, she will Balance the Card.
I asked for a recept but she also don‘t gave it to me. In the Morning there was a very nice employee - Sommer - she booked the amount back, and solved my Problem. That was the Order women has done is fraud! I will definitely Not come again and warn others.

Noon checkout nice. Pool opened early. Well appointed rooms. Decent value rate. Good breakfast included. Little thing, but I really like the night light in the bathroom, and wish that more places did that (as hotel rooms can be too dark otherwise with all lights out).
No complaints whatsoever. All good. But a standard these days I'd like to see changed is the two regular coffee packets (I'd prefer to be left with four, in case either of us wants a second cup).

The location worked for what we needed. It was right off the highway, which was nice and located next to stores and restaurants.
We arrived very late (1:00 a.m.) after our flight. It took the employee at the desk kind of a long time to get us checked in only to find out the room he gave us already had guests in it. I'm sure it was worse for the current guest hearing someone open their door in the middle of the night than it was for us to feel embarrassed to have startled them. We did end up getting another room. Also the quality of the eggs and sausage at breakfast were pretty bad. I know that most continental breakfasts have similar options but for $250.00 a night could you spring for the better quality ingredients??

1. Reservation for 4 and only 3 sets of towels. I never understand that. Air conditioning in room is loud I didn’t get any sleep but that seems to be the same everywhere. You need to stop the email that says masks are required. We all know vivid was a scam.

First of all, I was traveling coming in from a long 5 hr flight that had weather delays. When I got to hotel at 12 am the hotel was closed, I couldn't check in. I had already paid, had nowhere else to stay and had to drive another 2 hrs to my home. Arriving at home at 2 :45 am in the morning. Didn't know that there's no check in between 12-3 as I was'nt able to get notification of this as I was flying and didn't get messages. I cannot say enuf about how bad this experience was, not to mention lost money, and personal safety having to drive in middle of night alone after an exhausting day. I booked hotel so as to be safe and rested for next days drive home. I've nothing good to say about this experience and will NEVER use Hamptons again.

My daughter accidentally left an air pod in the bed and with one phone call, the staff was able to find it and save it for us behind the front desk until we were able to pick it up 3 days later. Great honest service.
The breakfast sausage was not good. Overcooked or sat too long. Like a hockey puck. And since I have a gluten & dairy allergy, that was one of the only things I could eat that they offered for breakfast besides fruit.

shower did not work, squashed bugs on wall. No microwave in room. For anthem being higher class that hotel was horrible.

Everything was really nice . The room and facility was cute.
The front desk lady didn't seem too involved with the check in . The AC was noisy and the bed seemed broken. The elevator didn't seem convenient.
