How hard the bed was

It was close to everything we had planned!

That check in was @3, and we arrived early so we let them know& they was supposed to message us when room was ready. when i checked back in with them @3:07 they still didnt have the room ready

Location was fairly centralized

Breakfast was not of good quality. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Room was overpriced for what it was. TV did not work in the living room and TV did now work in bedroom. When calling the front desk they asked us to confirm they were plugged in overalls this stay eas not at the level I expect when staying at a Hilton hotel

The room was very spacious and looked exactly like what was showed on the website.

The bed was a little to hard for us. But, other than that everything else was perfect.

All the staff weee very attentive, friendly & helpful. It was always clean. There was complimentary fresh popcorn in the lobby & dog treats.

location. When I booked it stated it was 10 mins from Ohio State and it was 20-25mins.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable

Pull out sofa was broken. We bathed our toddlers the first night and their feet were black after walking around barefoot. The oven wasn't cleaned well, you could still see where oven cleaner had not been wiped out

Liked the room within a room. Liked breakfast. Good location. It was clean.

The pool was only indoor. Would have been nice to have it be an outside pool, too.

the hot tub was closed and there wasn’t any snacks in our room

Blankets on the bed felt like/looked like a mattress cover, so not a fan. Bathtub felt gross and very slippery and my 4 year old fell in it because it felt like chemicals were not washed away. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out from my room so had other peoples food In there. And than pool had a bunch of kids 10 and under with no parents and it was a little annoying that My 4 year old couldn’t really enjoy the pool. Overall pretty happy with my stay just think kids shouldn’t be Allowed without parents (or if it was a coworkers kid while they r working because that’s the vibe I got that it was the workers kids)

Staff was very friendly. Rooms felt clean. Pool area was nice, as well as work out area. We canceled our stay at another hotel because the reviews made us nervous, and we were very pleased with our stay here.

Breakfast was good but not great. Bed was a little lumpy.

great location for the Columbus area if you are wanting out of the city. short drive to COSI. Lots of places around the hotel to do during down time.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite. it was clean, but one bedroom smelled like someone who previously stayed smoked. I don’t smoke so the smell wasn’t pleasant.
