Staff, the lady at the check in dint help me to find my reservation, she told me my name was not there. She was not nice at all, I had to call booking and ask for help

All the staff was very friendly, front desk Linrie was wonderful and helpful when my card wouldn't work. Everything was clean, toiletries were readily available, and if you needed anything else, the front desk was always helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious 😋 and coffee was availing 24/7. The location is quiet, with many locations to eat nearby and the stores not being that far away either

Our flight from Charlotte was cancelled and my family needed a place to sleep before our next flight so we booked same day through Booking. Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was lovely (from midnight to 5 am!). We only stayed a few hours but we were impressed and would stay again.

The staff were friendly and nice. The bed was comfortable and location seemed central to everywhere we went. Breakfast was good also. The pool looked beautiful but unfortunately it was a cold rain during our stays. The fitness area was the nicest and biggest I've seen in a hotel so far.

The elevator banged and clanged and jolted enough to where we opted to take the 4 flights of stairs instead. I thought we were going to be dropped from the 3rd floor at one point; when someone stepped off it swayed. Overall the facility is older with some updates and face lifts but I didn't see how it was set apart from the rest of the neighboring hotels which were cheaper to stay at. I felt the room was overpriced and would opt to stay at one of the cheaper hotels near by if the prices continue to be higher than the rest.
