The property was absolutely perfect. Room was great, bed very comfortable, staff was friendly, and room was extremely clean. A+. We’d return just for the room. The little store on the property was fantastic. Everything you’d need and then some! Huge selection. Well done!

The mini restaurant was a D (and I’m being generous). Overpriced breakfast was too small, and tasted absolutely terrible. Someone needs to order the pancakes and ask what’s wrong with this picture. McDonald’s down the street is a much better value, and tastes 10x better.

Staff were courteous, hotel was clean and accommodating.

Pool was not useable so the solution was to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. It was a bit of a pain.

The staff was very helpful. I needed photos of myself and one of the young women working at the front desk took my picture in front of the waterfall in front of the building.👍

Clean, big room, nice facilities, breakfast, and bar. I had to leave one day ahead of time due to family emergency reasons. The gentleman at the reception was kind enough to refund me my last night. Thank you!

the parking was horrible. pool was shut down. breakfast cost $16 per person even though the advertisement said free! elevators were slow.

The bartender made my husband and I each a salad for dinner. Both salads were great and she was delightful.

We signed up for breakfast included with our reservation not realizing it entitled us to a continental breakfast and we had to pay $11/ea for a larger breakfast after we had paid $325.00/night. We stayed in Pasco, WA in a brand new Best Western for $178/nt which covered a wonderful breakfast without an up charge and made your hotel room look shabby. We have stayed in your hotel for the last 4 years and this year disappointed and my husband woke up with a back ache.😐

Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was a little confusing. No signs about what to do or who to order from. It looked like a buffet but while we were choosing our hot foods we were approached by a wait staff member who told us to order from her.

After we complained about the room price discrepancy from the price we were quoted by Booking.com, the staff adjusted the price to what it should have been.

The entrance foyer looked more like a discount convenience store. There was also no toilet brush in the room.
