Booking.com messed up my reservation the hotel couldn't find my name in their guest list. but Trinity one of the hotel staff help me out patiently and make the whole experience better. Trinity is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and close to places to eat and entertainment. The swimming pool and the facility is clean.

Through Booking.com we booked a room with one king bed and 2 queen beds to accommodate our family of 5 adults. However, at the hotel they gave us a room with only 2 queen beds, which was uncomfortable to sleep in. When we booked at Booking.com the room description said that we were going to be accommodated in one room with one king bed and 2 queens which was not the case. The hotel representative offered us an additional room charging us extra for that room, which I considered unacceptable.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating!! The location is fantastic, close to everything!

Had room 101 the blinds let light in from outside ground lights at the the facility...we had both shades down the sheets had dark hair on them

Onze booking was niet bekend in hun systeem. Ook nadat er contact was geweest met Booking.com kon men me nog steeds niet vinden. Na meer dan een uur eindelijk een kamer gekregen.

It was such a great place e to stay for a couple of nights with local shopping g outlets within walking distance and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was very good.
