Perfect stopping location on our route.

A bit outdated, but still perfectly neat and clean. Long walk from main desk to rooms.

Wish there were a couple more breakfast choices.

This Hotel is located in the perfect Location for our Visit. It's close to the fields we played at and surrounded by amazing food and stores. The pool is large and always pretty empty. Our daughters play in the pool for hours and have really enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very ice welcome bag that had waters and treats for our girls. For Breakfast they have these Mini Waffle makers with cool toppings that our girls loved.

This is now the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and we have had weird issues every single time. our last stay was met with a horrific hallway smell that forced us to run to our rooms off the elevator to limit exposure to this smell, and this time our room was totally infested with ants. They were literally everywhere. When we had expressed our concerns about this, we were met with staff comments like "they're just ants" and "it's ant season" which was really upsetting given we had just bought food and within moments it was swarmed with ants. We were eventually relocated once they had a room available and offered a small monetary reimbursement which is definitely a nice sentiment, which just felt more reactionary than anything because of how rude we were treated when we had initially mentioned our issues. I can't see a reason why we would ever come back to this specific Hotel again, there are way too many options in that area to take a chance there again.

Needed to use elevator to get to room but it was quite a distance from the front desk and handicap parking. I tried to park closer to door leading to elevator as staff suggested but the lot was full so had to use handicap slot near front door. This may seem minor to some but when walking is painful than it becomes an issue. A General question from me is why are all the HH toilets so low to the ground? A lot of people need a higher one or bars to assist in getting up from a very short one.

Room was very dirty. Hole in ceiling. Dirty bathroom and chip crumbs in the bed.

Very Good Breakfast Area.. clean and well organized

The smell of the detergent ( or not enough detergent) rendered the smell of towels and sheets a bit musty or totally clean

room and breakfast were great

had first floor room right off lobby so was busy area and little louder than i would have liked. also staying two straight weekends here and paying $50 more on first weekend over second for same room
