I was completely satisfied with my room, the breakfast, and the workout facility. The staff was nice, and parking was free!!!

They are so helpful, they had a fridge and free parking was a plus. Also right next to the Minnesota college stadium.

Needed better cleaning. The tub was still dirty and the toilet too. No microwave.

Rooms smelled. Hallways smelled. Bathroom tiny. Toilet did not flush well

I like that the bed was comfortable, parking was included & breakfast.

The bathroom shower/ tub was dirty looking & falling apart wallpaper. The carpet felt gross if you were in bare feet. The hallway smell like a dirty cat box & there was plug ins to try and hide it.

It’s quiet and tucked down by the university. Therefore it’s not in a busy area and is easier to get to.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Everthing else did not meet even the minimum standards for a Hotel.

Staff was great but management sucked. No management on site always away when at front desk. I reserved a Double bed corporate suite, and my room was given to someone else. As a result, when I checked in, they only had a single room available. I am a business traveler but, on this occasion, it was personal with my family. Room had dirty sheets on them. It was a long drive from Chicago and then I had to sleep on the floor. I still paid full price for the room of two beds when promised a credit. Not happy I will never stay at this hotel on our stays in Minneapolis ever again business or personal.
